Tried but could not sleep ....prayed and waited for water ...a little came but not enough for the Eid Bath ...used the bottled Water . went for the Eid ki Namaz ( prayer ) with my dear Elder Brother . Then we went to the adjecent Family Graveyard ...really enjoyed the MQM's China cutting over my dearly departed Parents Graves ...
May the MQM and these Rana's rest in peace ...Amen !
I wished i would be buried there ...But Alas !
After showering the rose petals and praying fateha ...i came down and meet a cousin ...came home and found that the neighbour's construction rubble was blocking our way ...Both city no Government workers took eidi and cleared the rubble and the sewerage line . yes on a eid day ...they did the same on christmas and easter and a number of other happy and holy occasions ...interfaith ...lol
as soon as we arrived sister called a Careem and we visited Doctor Saab ...they were too happy to see us and greeted us with warmeth ...and offered us tea and snacks ...it was a very hot day...so we came straight home after calling another Careem . The Roads were nearly deserted so both rides took less than normal time . It Was fun .
Coming home i had a Chilled Pepsi ...my very first after the ramzan flu and Anti biotic course . It was fun . Soon i fell asleep .
tried to wake up may times ...and finally woke did wazoo for the prayer just then my digital Azan clock started the Asr call so it was just about 4:00 pm , 3:53 pm to be exact .
After prayer i chatted with my siblings one by one ...then we have a facebook meetup with tea and late lunch ...i did not eat ..just had tea . the meetup ended with a phone call on the landline from phophi jaan ...she inquired how my eid day went ...i brief her in detail ..then gave the phone to the dear elder brother ...and went for wazoo with a bottle of water ofcourse and offered the Asr prayer ...after prayer i had some more tea and unplugged the Worldcall modem ...and then plugged it ...the net was restored . the ramzan is over i hope they will fix this trouble now .
Anyways , i sat on computer ...did my morning mood tweet and some other retweets ..and was about to open the facebook when my nephew greeted standing at the door of the room ...they found the exits open ...must be their lucky day . I was too busy with the net stuff to realise that its a "SURPRISE" visit . so after meeting and greeting them ..i came back to the computer ...few minutes later i heard my niece at the room door saying goodbye ...again it was a "SURPRISE" because i thought they would stay till after the maghrib or dinner . But i guess they were exhausted due to a long day in this heat ...or maybe india lost too much ..in the india vs SA game going on in CWC2019 .
LOL!
Anyways after seeing them off ...i tasted the gulab jamun from asr-e-shireen they had brought ..had some more tea and came back to do this Eid Day 1 Blog ...
Oh my God ...its 7:42 pm ...meaning ...time is slipping away for the maghrib ...prayer ...got to go and hurry and wazoo again with the bottled water .
