And a happy Easter
It has been a very rainy week.
The rain in Karachi as you all may know is fast and furious...
And Karachi is now so vast and big that most of the time one area has rain and thunderstorm
While others have a clear sunny weather....one area or some areas have flooded roads while others just wondering 🤔
Anyways I had lots of fun this holy week.
Two of my dear siblings have birthdays in the first week of April.
( March 1, Feb 2, Jan 3 , Dec 4, Nov 5, Oct 6, Sep 7, Aug 8,July 9.)
My 30+10 days of fasting ended this week so I was free with a 10 % discount on Doctor Saab's Happy Birthday....we took a yango ride hoping to be greeted with a happy birthday cake ...but reaching there we were surprised to see that they were having paint job and maintenance.... because everybody is out and busy in the morning...they hired the labour in the afternoon...evening shift.
Satisfied that they were having fun we left before the labour arrived.
Also because we did not want to be stuck in the rush hour traffic....we did find two bottlenecks but still it was a smooth ride back home not a jam.
Despite the rain and hailstorm in upper north of Pakistan ...Karachi kings is doing great in the PSL sorry...HBLPSL 11 . So far...let's hope it continues this winning streak..... don't ask who has replaced the bottoms....of the table...
It is a very beautiful and calm Easter Sunday morning ... yesterday was a Public Holiday..... Bhutto saein birthday....so today is the second consecutive holiday...usually the second holiday is very quiet and relaxed.....
The govt of Pakistan has come up with a very unique way of discouraging the theft of motor cycles.....they have increased the price of petrol to around 460 rupees per liter and offered a 100 rupees subsidy....for motorcycle owners for a maximum of 20 liters per month.
Amazing isn't it ?
What is more amazing is that ...you don't get this 100 rupees discount on the Petro stations...you will buy the petrol at the normal price of the day....( Around 380 rupees today) And get the 2000 rupees Cashback via a nadra linked govt app .
Awesome....
The super rich provinces of the ruling parties are trying to cash in...on this scheme...by offering ....let's see what happens when the fuel crisis ends....
Cnic and registration plus ownership details are a must....so if you don't get the 2000 rupees...this can be translated to that the motorbike is stolen....
Iran claims to have shot down a US f15 fighter jet on the stealth mission in Iran and captured one of the ejected injured pilots...but failed to stop an open televised worldwide search and rescue ....operation.
Not Sure which game are they promoting.....

with a prayer for my dearly departed parents Papa and Ammi and the Recently Departed Aslam Bhai
May the dear merciful Lord All Mighty Allah have mercy on my dearly departed parents Papa and Ammi and may they be blessed by the dear merciful Lord All Mighty Allah and Their Souls may rest in peace in heaven. Amen !

I fall asleep....
Woke up just a while ago....
The neighborhood is unbelievably quiet ....the penthouse kids under the hot tin roof had the shouting clamouring party late last night...they must have to go somewhere else this afternoon....or they are too tired to get up...because it's a pin drop silence from there..
I just realized that I have already prayed before sleeping...so there is no point in waking up so early ...but the battery of the mobile just sounded alarm...so I have to plug it it ....and for that I have to get up and perhaps get a cup of tea .....
Aah ha.

7:32 pm NASA has send a mission Artemis 2 to moon just to test the toilets....a ten day mission that spins around the earth and moon and hopefully sink in The Atlantic ocean.
Let's hope it has a better success rate than the Epic fury.
I bid farewell to winter couple of times ...but this week once again I feel cold ...the water was cold ...I was not sweating after hot and spicy meals...
At first before the rain ...I thought I am catching cold viral or mosquito bites....but after the rain ..and especially getting soaked in rain ...I knew I am okay . It's not just me ...it's the wind that's cold and chilling....

Started watching a new Turkish drama series Yarali kuslar or wounded Birds....
After the end of dasht e Dil
Dasht e Dil was a mistake right from the start....but some how I survived the 100 episodes....If you ask me ..I skipped a lot...
Anyways.....
Kral kaybederse or Urdu1 TV's ashiq mizaj is still going strong...and this week it took a giant leap of ten years...removed the unnecessary characters and bring back the focus on the main story infidelity.
