Moon sighted so today is the first of the eleventh month of the Islamic lunar month of Ziqad in the year 1447 after hijra.
Only one month and nine days left before Eid ul Azha or Bakra Eid .
Last year the makeshift cattle mandi crashed . There were no buyers at all even at the unbelievable low prices. The economic times are even worse then the last year . The export to Dubai is almost at a stand still.petrol and diesel is at its highest. Transport is expansive and law and order is out of control.
The decoits and extortionist of Mohenjo-Daro and Debal have a free hand .
To raise awareness somebody has set up a cow mandi at the famous expo center of Karachi on university road where some local cattle farms are displaying not sure if people are taking it seriously. But the traffic ⛔ woes of the already depleted University Road has wosen according to media and social media reports because of this Cow mandi expo.
Must have fall asleep....it's 5:29 am time for Fajr Prayer 🛐

7:22 am Good Morning 🌹 🌹 again
All night last night till I fall asleep....the development work continued....infact it has been going on all week ....first they cut the top layer of the road with a diesel cutter ...then they used a bulldozer to remove the top layer of the asphalt and rocks...it was built many years ago ...and was so hard and thick that it took them days to remove with the bulldozer....also in doing this they broke the water connections pipes...of many neighbors....these pipes were broken few months ago when they were digging the road for development work....now they are broken again ....so as soon as the road work is finished....these neighbors will again have to cut the road and fix the water connections pipes.....

Okay I have to get up now and check the water pump....

Yes we have water .....but no gas in the stove...I was making breakfast with boiled eggs and chickpea soup 🍲...but I can't boil the eggs....I don't think these eggs could withstand the rapid boil of the electric kettle....
So the breakfast is cancelled...
On Friday we had no gas and no electricity....so I went to the market and brought samosa for breakfast....
Today I was thinking of fasting...
Now if we missed the first show 6 am to 9 am
Then who knows ...we Mighty also miss the 1-3 pm
Let me check online if there is a shutdown notice.
I got distracted but still could not find the latest shutdown notice by the gas company...
Anyways it's time to check the water pumps again....and the tea from last night in the flask.
The neighborhood is extremely quiet .....

I after getting up and praying ...
I realized that there was more than an hour before the Asr Azan...so as there was no stove gas...to make tea or cook anything ....one option was to come back to bed 🛏️ and watch the interesting reels and the other option was to watch the Turkish drama series Kara Sevda....then I remember that I bought oranges to have the fresh orange juice....without wasting a minute I collected all the things I need and setup the juice stand in the lawn and
extracted the orange juice from the oranges and kino orange I bought earlier this morning....
The kino orange is now in end of the season....very small. From the dozen kino orange I got half the bottle of nestle fruita vitals...about half a liter.
The color of both oranges are world apart ....the coin orange mosambi orange has the yellowish color but the kino orange juice has that tang orange color...looks really good in the reels and pictures .
Usually I use the hand juicer to get the juice but today I used the automatic chargeable juicer my dear elder sister ordered online last year ...
When it was delivered it's body was damaged...but it works alright.
Anyways ...
It's getting late ...I better get up and pray Asr Prayer 🛐

Bought ice cream from street vendor ...they charge extra Rs 50 per stick of walls feast for dry ice . Walls has introduced a new oval tub of feast ...I ordered it with panda 🐼 mart groceries...on Thursday and it was finished on Saturday...very expensive usually I have one stick a day ...no no
Watched two episodes of Kara Sevda
This series is so much better than any Turkish drama series we watched this year....
The neighborhood has never been this quiet in this season ever before ...sounds like a very cold winter night ....the three floors on my right are unbelievably quiet today ...no sound of the shouting kid and his Australian cousins....under the hot tin roof....
The middle floor family rarely makes a sound ...the whole family wears glasses...they have weak eyes and sharp ears.
And the ground floor kids have not thrown the balls since Thursday night...their chaddi daddy's shave turned grey and the grandfather on the motorbike grow weak and slow....the whole family went somewhere this evening....
In two cars....they can't go too far because they don't have the new number plates....these are open letter vehicles ...a kind of instant cash investment...for emergencies...but now you know ...petrol and EV is making their life unsimple.
The extra petroling in my neighborhood by builder mafia has completely stopped.one of the main reasons for the silence and calm.
Phophi Jan called on the phone on Wednesday afternoon. I asked her about carol she had no idea ...Chachi Jan has dementia so there is no chance of a head count chaapa ....anytime soon.....coming Eid....or like Ever .
