I took a short break to check and surf the cable channels .
And the only interesting News I found on the news Tickers is that after Absolutely Not 👹
And also after the desertion of the Bagram AFB few hours ago ...a request is received by the CAA in Islamabad which has been forwarded to the government of Pakistan , from Kabul for the Kabul - Islamabad route Airlink .
I am absolutely not sure why this request took so long .
Anyways ,
An air route between the two capitals on the drugs route will be very beneficial for the international as well as the local drugs Lords.

Okay ...so it was the Seventh death Anniversary of my dearly departed Ammi ( may Her soul rest in peace in jannah Amen 🙏 ) this Thursday . And in the absence of a fully qualified and fully empowered CEO , we were not able to decide anything till the last moment . Something very similar happened on the second of Ramzan earlier this year . When it was the death Anniversary 😭 according to the lunar islamic calender .
Me and the cooking mafia totally backed out due to the Water shortage , Nuclear Power Shutdowns and the refrigerator breakdown .
You may not know how torturous it is to have to throw away something you have been saving for the rainy day just because it is melted and rotten 😭
These days thanks to the online food and grocery delivery applications ...we have given up totally The buying and storing frozen meat needlessly . So when we have a Nuclear Power Shutdowns or the refrigerator breakdown , we need not to worry about the uncooked expensive meat , fish or chicken going waste . Rarely do we keep the icecreams . So mostly it's the cooked leftovers or the semi cooked ingredients saved to save and reduce the cooking time . For example , you may know that cooking Haleem is difficult and cooking khichra with more ingredients is even harder and take more time and efforts to cook most of the ingredients separately .
That is why our cooking mafia saves boiled or half cooked wheat and lentils and when the list is complete or she feels like it ...Viola ! There you have it ....a dish that needs hours of cooking prepared and ready to eat 😋 in minutes .
Obviously there is the risk of food poisoning if one or more ingredients were not properly frozen or defrosted couple of times due to the Nuclear Power Shutdowns, loadshedding and hot ambient temperature of above 35°C ~40°C
The good thing about the home cooked haleem / khichra still is that despite all the risks you still know all the ingredients well ....while with the takeaway or delivery of the restaurant ...you can never be sure ...and if it tastes a little different ...then the suspicions has no bounds . 👹
So Anyways , by lunch time there was no sign of a Fateha 🌹 and the floor was flooding with refrigerator melt down . Then the table cloth was laid down and suddenly everything changed . It was filled with feast . I sat down at the table and recited Surah Yaseen before the fateha 🌹 at 3:00 pm .
The beggar knocked the door at 3:30 pm . She has been getting lots of fresh takeaway besides the leftovers since Momani Jaan passed away over a month ago.
Allah ta'ala Momani Jaan ki Maghfirat farmaay aur un ko jannat ul firdos main ala maqaam ata farmaay Aameen 🤲
The beggar woman must be worried sick . Most of the times I fall asleep 😴 after lunch and wake up when she bangs the gate as if Canada is burning . I stopped responding to her distress wake up call even if I am awake or hanging on the wall , because no matter what I give her or treat her with ...She asks for my dear elder brother just like everybody else who comes to the gate . Over the years my violent protests and threatening magnum looks has considerably reduced the number of gate bangings even on the religious festive occasions when it is ordained to save me from utter damnation by stopping me from eating and sleeping alone .
Anyways , if the Khan's Jewish state survived few more years ...I will be a filler getting refund instead of caring about anything at all .
I believe the breakfast time is gone now ...I am feeling very sleepy 😴 . So I will probably have the Sunday Brunch after I wake up .

Coming down to the Neighborhood and Jamshed town.
Even before this Covid-19 Corona Pandemic lockdown Culture last year ...
July brings hopes ...if it rains ...then it becomes greener ...bright color flowers bloom ...flowery vines spread ...the smell is good ...cloudy weather makes it easier to go out ...taste buds improve ..people prefer deep fried snacks with really good aroma . New Restaurants and eateries open up . Before social media ...people used to be on the lookout for the new openings ....
Last year despite the Covid-19 Corona Pandemic lockdown and Smart Lockdown and power breakdown and torrential rain and Saien Sarkar ....we had over a dozen new restaurants and fast-food shops and stalls ...a year later some survived ...few closed down the rest are just waiting for a miracle .
The commercial area and meat market from where I used to buy my takeaway and market oven naan bread
Usually gets road carpeting every year before the rain ...instead of using the tarcoal or Coal tar in the pure form they mix it with lots of sand and crush ....not enough to make the carpeting stick to the road ...the road just washed away in the first rain and for the rest of the season it becomes the muddy quick sand ....
About two weeks ago one afternoon I went for some takeaway and witnessed the same process ...they had laid down the sand on the road and were probably waiting for the rain ... fortunately the rain by passed our part of the city . Because it was only funded by the Saien Sarkar .....and we voted for MQM in the local bodies and for PTI in the National and Provincial general elections . It only rained in PPP areas like malir , gadap , Surjani , lyari and Bahria town . A little drizzle was also reported on Shahrah e Faisal and Airport .
Not a single drop over my head and Jamshed town .
So continuing the old habit ...a new and fancy Restaurant and Bakery is opening tonight probably with new investors ....on the main road so that I don't have to wet my feet in the Saien Sarkar's multi million $$ Quick sand muddy , filthy meat market during or after the rain .
By the way , No restaurant no matter who the sponsor or investor is , survived in this area . And especially in this building ....if this one also failed , I will stamp it

Then I talked to Doctor Saab on the phone . He was upset about a number of things .
He went to the market this morning and everything was closed .I thought the Covid-19 Corona Pandemic lockdown eased this week , could be a local administration decision. I suggested that you should shop a day early on Saturday morning or evening ...but I don't think he agreed with me . You can't tell a morning person to not wake up on a Sunday morning ....and do something special for your family .
He do not seem to be excited about the bakra Eid ....everybody is waiting for the rain .
Praiseth the Lord All Mighty Allah Amen 🙏, for excusing me from trying to please mulla .
Last year I did not eat the mutton or beef for over a month or two on bakra Eid ... unbelievable Isn't it ?
Yes it is true . This year I am not doing anything like that still I hope to show restraint .
Depending on the weather of the day and the hour . Can you believe I had Nulli Nihari , beef haleem , beef biryani and mutton Pulao this week plus a mango a day ...and yet I am not feeling prickly or scratching .
The mutton leg I ordered this week through online shopping app turned out to be much better than I had expected . So now I don't have to go to their shops or be afraid of their daughters 😂
I made a plan for Eid ul Fitr day but at the last moment I gave it all up and relaxed due to the moon controversy and death in the relatives .
Now for the bakra Eid and in the rainy season ....I an absolutely not planning anything ... especially not the visit to the graveyard ...rain or no rain the graves in this season are very slippery at dawn probably due to the over night dew or early morning drizzle .
So no graveyard , no Eid prayer , no kachoris absolutely not then there is no valid reason to not fall asleep after Fajr 🛐 .
Will wake up at noon and have a scrambled egg with slices of toast and a cup of tea ☕
Then we will do tabbara for the lucky neighbors . And have lunch .
Life's so set !
