And this is my the Sunday Blog № 268 ( Two Hundred and Sixty Eight).

Today I am starting about two hours late ...because all day today we had a massive power breakdown . First when I was sleeping at noon time ...I woke up sweating ...all the pillow was soaked wet and my sleeping suit was in a mess ...I had to skip lunch ...I am still not back to the normal non fasting habits and schedule yet . Most of the non eating habits does not need a change like ....praying Zuhr late and reciting the holy Quran to finish as many times as possible before the 1st of July for the anniversary fateha 🌹 again for my dearly departed Ammi ( May her soul rest in peace in jannah Amen 🙏)

Even though the weather is unbelievable hot , still we prefer hot tea ☕ with or without snacks ...between Asr and Maghrib prayers ...so the Iftari meal is gone . But yesterday we had an early dinner after maghrib prayers ...and I am so glad that we were very much finished and enjoying the shows on the Television when the second power breakdown of the day happened . It lasted almost three hours on a moonlight night . Instead of hiding the moon seems like stalking....🤪

After dinner which was very special ...

I sat down in front of the Television watching Geo entertainment Soaps

The comedy serial ishq jalebi which had a happy ending and the resignation of zulfi bukhari the overseas Pakistani advisor to the bank gala Prime Minister..., has been replaced by a very difficult pride and prejudice bhurewala with Sami Khan the Television actor in not one but two triangles .....between Kinza and Komal , the two sisters as his suitors

And Bushra and Asma , the real life sisters as Sami khan' s Mother and Aunt .

By the way , Sami Khan is a foreign qualified and educated Doctor who has nothing to do with the dukhi insaniat ....he has returned to Karachi ☠️, the most dangerous city in the world , to settle down , start a hospital and make money .

The name of this soap is mohlat ...

During the dozens of commercial s I switched to Urdu1 where the chef and cooking expert were flirting as usual in ek haseen intikam ....I believe this show will end very soon ...

Because they have started advertising another one ....Zalim Istanbul ...for the weekend slot . All the best !

So Anyways ...in every TV darshak( viewers ) life there comes a moment when both channels get the trp rating ....and forget about you ....so you have no choice but to give the Q view button and move forward and in my case backwards ...as I keep the movie channels below zero .

All week our Cable showed Mumbai Saga ( 2021) during this hour ...so I thought ...I would be back before the commercial break ends ...

No I am not kidding ....it was on when the second power breakdown ended after 1 pm ...whole week yes ....

Anyways ...so when I checked ...it was after nine pm ...the movie was Black rose ( 2021) and samiksha Bhatnagar

Was chain smoking as a lady police officer investigating a accident death as a murder making the investigating inspector pandey and his staff very uneasy .

The movie looked interesting so I immediately give up the soaps and commercial s are started watching this movie ... suddenly I heard a sound and smell of the hydraulic dumper on the street ...I got up to check and that very moment the light was gone

. I felt really very bad ...the dumper had brought the sand for the plaster of the newly constructed house in the neighborhood . They are finishing it fast . Only few months work left maybe it will finish earlier than expected .

Now I will never know if the dead girl titli in movie was murdered or not . And if she was then who killed her .

Anyways ...

The ShashEid fast or the roza in Shawwal after Eid day were going very well and we even survived the cyclone Tauktea which changed its course and hit Mumbai and Gujrat and never even came close . But on Tuesday before Iftari of the 5th fast ...a quicky sand storm hit Karachi like never before . It was huge like the ones they show in the movies and games . Not our regular annual Lenten sand storms that we have every year before or after the Good Friday in lent .

Before the Sand storm ...the weather was extremely hot . It was like burning . The dust particles in the air were burning . All our rose plants and a few other plants got burned ...as in dried dead . Even the big trees had many leaves and branches turned dry . .

Usually I am in the open at that hour reciting the holy Quran , but by the Grace of All Mighty Allah Amen 🙏

That afternoon I took a day off because I was feeling very 😴 and dehydrated ...as I was lying in the bed I heard sounds as if somebody is throwing something on the roof top ...I ignored it ...when I got up for the Asr prayer ..and Iftari ...I learned from my siblings that I have missed a great spectacle .

So after that I decided that I need to fast an extra fast qaza for the one we confused with Eid .

We fasted that one on Friday and so the fasting season that started in February from Ash Wednesday came to an end .

Okay it's time for the fajr prayer 🛐

May the dear merciful Lord All Mighty Allah have mercy on my dearly departed parents Papa and Ammi and may they be blessed by the dear merciful Lord All Mighty Allah and Their Souls may rest in peace in heaven. Amen!

According the information I gathered from my siblings who were awake unlike me ....the cable has been off since morning ...net is working and we did not have a power shut down today yet ...but we had a major breakdown yesterday to celebrate the inauguration of the second Nuclear power plants ...it's Chinese and we already had a sand storm this week so Khan ka kaha Suna maaf ....💂

Honestly if you calculate in the dollar$ term I feel Proud that Pakistan is the most resourceful , Powerful and Rich Nation in the World ...

United States , Britain , China , Japan and Saudi Arabia and few others can never get there ....no matter what they do ...

Pakistan is not only richer than them in Unity , Faith and Discipline or Moral values ...Pakistan is also richer in Democracy .

And talking of Democracy reminds me of the most important issue this week that has baffled the single largest Democratic party of the country ...yes the Pakistan Zardari Party . Sounds so good 😍

According to media reports there are ....Black Buffalo s in the Bilawal house

Causing nuisance for the neighbors ....

Party workers and leadership is in a jinx to conflicting statements are coming from those regularly visiting the Bilawal House Karachi ☠️

Okay time for a prayer 🛐 break with a prayer for my dearly departed parents Papa and Ammi

So when I woke today at around three in the afternoon ...I thought I had missed the Sunday Brunch and the Facebook Meetup ...but later when I took the prayer break , I learned that nobody had brunch ...and the dear elder sister requested Biryani ....her sugar must have been down ...she skipped the brunch because at lunch time she was praying and reciting and then later she cut the watermelon 🍉 and made murabba of the white layer of watermelon 🍉 between the green skin and red fruit .

So anyways I was in a hurry to pray as the time for Zuhr prayer was slipping away ...but still I ordered the deal from from Biryani Wala ...and thank God the All Mighty Allah Amen 🙏

It arrived in time ...

So as soon as everybody sat down for the late Sunday afternoon brunch I left for bath and prayer 🛐 with a prayer for my dearly departed parents Papa and Ammi

You won't believe that somebody who only wanted biryani a little while ago to go with her boiled potatoes ...was so delighted to see the small box of pineapple delight .

May the dear merciful Lord All Mighty Allah Amen 🙏

Relieve mankind of this sugar disease called diabetes ....and preserve our culture .

And talking of culture ....the American mangoes have finally arrived .....we had two species of mangoes this week ...first the small green skin most probably langra and yesterday the big yellow one definitely sindhri ...not very sweet ....

But the weather is too hot for me ....so I just tasted a slice of mango no no not the juice....slice as in a small portion ...piece of the fruit mango . It was hard and citrus ....not sweet .

Okay so too much of intro ....let's come back to the sports news .....as I was saying ..in the past seven years all male members of my family activated their easypaisa account s willingly or unwillingly ...except our skipper my dear elder brother ...this week we kind of pulled him on our side giving a big no huge blow to the MQM which is extremely undecided about everything including the perchi system and owning PTi skipper as their own . They are very cautiously watching the tareen drama as well as watching the exit door .

Talking of exit door ....the neighbors ( builder mafia agents) have began to panic after I missed the fourth Juma Mubarak this week .

The ghetto building next door called the gas company to fix a leak in the gutter line ..no no don't be confused ....gas leak in the gas line passing through or under the gutter line hosey ....when I was young I used to know all these construction terms very well in both English and Urdu ...but now I have Google so I don't care much ....

Anyways ....this ghetto building next door have had so many illegal constructions and unauthorized changes that they get into troubles like these very regularly ....and their constant repairs and maintenance is a perpetual nuisance and trouble for us ....with no remedy at all .

Now in order to repair the gas leak ...they dig two tranches completely blocking the way for any four wheel vehicle especially the Water tanker . The tranches are wider and deeper than the truck or tanker tyres ....and even if we fill it with mud ....it won't stand the weight of the Water tanker .

Now let's see how long they can hold on ....to these open trenches

They did manage to suck our water with huge suction pumps and straw like water pipes for years and yet prosper ....

You can't expect Divine intervention or governmental help when Builder mafia is messing with you in a posh area of a megapolis like Karachi ☠️ , the most dangerous city in the world ,

Imagine if that gas leak have had an explosion . The ghetto building would have completely come down ....

So I guess that their final destination have started ....

I will update any noticable change in the situation next week ....

Saina (2021) with preenti Chopra is awesome .....in my post movie research I discovered that real Ms nawal joined BJP and so did ex and her husband accused in Syed Modi the national badminton champion in the eighties .

So anyways ....a good motivational and informative movie brought tears a couple of time especially the overrunning of mother by a motorcycle in the living room .

But we must say that there is a huge difference between India and Pakistan ...The most successful Sports stars in Pakistan are usually Orphans or those abandoned by their homes or the vice versa .

3rd Zilhij 1442H

may be on the 13th or 14th of July 2021

Subject to the appearance of the Zilhij moon .

No invite for any wedding , Happy Birthday , engagement or funeral will be accepted .

This week I crossed the half way mark of the holy Quran I am reciting for my dearly departed Ammi ( May Her soul rest in peace in jannah Amen 🙏)

After the sand storm the weather cooled and fasting finished so I picked up speed ....if I am able to keep the same pace ....I will probably finish the first Khatam e Quran by next Sunday .

And at that pace I was hoping to finish three before or on the 1st of July before fateha 🌹 but then I will have only 13 days to finish only one before the 3rd Zilhij ... That does not feel right ...so then I am left with only two options

One I divide the two out of four .....for each fateha 🌹

Two . I cut my finger on the last day of June and make everyone forget the fateha 🌹 and delay it for a week or two to have one jointly for both dearly departed parents Papa and Ammi

Like I often do it here .

Okay it's too late ....I have to move on

Straighten by back ...have lunch watch the weekend soaps and pray 🛐 before falling asleep 😴
