Fall asleep early tonight after eating double dinner and junk food snacks . There is a new Chicken Biryani outlet opened recently on Tariq road ...I ordered their oily and spicy Biryani yesterday....I love the oily Biryani since childhood....very very nostalgic .
Woke up at 4:11 am despite all the thick black clouds and thunder at a distance...all afternoon....and little drizzle....it did not rain here . There were reports of rain in the outskirts....Gadap area...
I waited and browsed the LinkedIn for any updates...then at 4:45 am I got up to pray Fajr

with a prayer for my dearly departed parents Papa and Ammi and the Recently Departed Aslam Bhai
May the dear merciful Lord All Mighty Allah have mercy on my dearly departed parents Papa and Ammi and may they be blessed by the dear merciful Lord All Mighty Allah and Their Souls may rest in peace in heaven. Amen !

Yes the water is coming .....
For the two consecutive Sundays ...what is happening is that water comes at the regular time ....a little slow a little less ...I finish the drill...come to bed ....then a message comes to check the water pump again ....I curse the sender from the bottom of my heart and relax and fall asleep...or watch a digital drama and forget about it.
Need to get up and make tea or i will fall asleep....
9:07 am it was good that I got up because the water had stopped coming already when I saw....so I pumped up whatever small quantity that was collected in the tank ....it was less than one thirds of the usual ...
There was a smell of gas in the air ....probably ....
Few drops of rain ...it's getting darker by the hour..... skipped breakfast plans and decided that if it rained I will fry the fritters ( pakora) myself today
Sunday rain special....if we had the gas ...or we'll wait ....thank God the All Mighty Allah Amen 🙏
That we have all the ingredients.... chickpeas flour,
Onion , salt , pepper, red chilli powder , green chillies, dalda cooking oil , dalda ghee , and the political will ....that the system has COLLAPSED. Now we are on our own .

For few days I am having a craving for Nutella croissant...the sunridge usually have the best Nutella croissant in the empire but they shutdown ....times are not good for dessert industry ...

11:08 am I heard the kitchen activity so I got up to check...also I wanted talk to someone about the The smell of gas and also check the water pump ....
The cooking mafia confirmed that there is a smell of gas in the air ....
But just now I was so relieved to know that the whole city is smelling the beans today some since 5 am ...I only felt it around 8 am ....
People are complaining about it from as far as china port Clifton....so there is absolutely no escape.
The gas pressure seems to be very normal...some saying it is better today.

2:22 pm Fried the fritters and had the Sunday Brunch without the rain or thunder ⚡ but there are few drops on the ground....
While we were having the Sunday brunch ...an empty truck came on the left side building ...
Another one escapes very quietly ...still no idea which ...the guard is very sure it's not the bearded Mustafa...
Falling asleep....
So I better get up and pray Zuhr

9:52 pm So instead of getting up to pray Zuhr...I fall asleep....
Totally ignoring the noisy movers taking away the Faisalabad junk....
Let's see if the whole family leaves or just the parents...
Anyways...
I woke up after 4 am ....The cooking mafia was very excited she had ordered groceries from Panda 🐼 mart and was unboxing....
She wanted to make a cake ...but since there was no gas ...she waited....but when gas returned atfter 6:30 pm
She had already made up her mind to make an egg pudding instead of cake ...
In the mean time I ordered naan bread and fries ...to go with the leg roast ....yes you heard it right...This Friday morning before Juma Mubarak 🕌
We decide to clean and defrost our refrigerator....where we discovered two mutton front legs ... absolutely frozen...
When they started to defrost...I made cuts at joints to make them fit in the cooker and box ...after marination...they were frozen again ....
Today she cooked both at the same time ....
So while most of Karachi was shocked and scared of the gas leakage we were smelling roast .
So after Asr Prayer 🛐

I ordered the food at 5:52 pm
And it arrived 6:22 pm usually it takes an hour when you order directly from the restaurant...
So I had taftan and chicken qorma and some fries ...
I wanted to calm myself to go along with whatever The cooking mafia was doing ...as it was too late to make her abort the mission.
After eating I watched the Turkish drama Huzur Sakogi ~ peace street ...to make me feel drowsy....
I got up and prayed Maghrib Prayer 🛐

Did the dishes .... especially the big cooker...
We use most of the water from dishes washing for plants ...so it is an extra burden to carry the water from easy to west
Anyways ...while waiting for Isha time....I posted the pictures and reels ...

The 2nd phase of kashmir elections.... don't you think it is insanity.....candidates winning Parliament seats with 600 and 800 votes ...no they are direct no electoral college votes....
A union council member gets many multiple of these votes....it's a shame and a sham....
The world doesn't care at all....so what's the point in trying desperately to be politically correct. A political agent from each tribe should be appointed....and let them choose themselves accordingly....
Why waste Pakistan's resources.
