The petrol price increased just now by just One rupee...

Bakra Eid is less than a week away....on Friday as I was walking to and from the Juma Mubarak 🕌
I saw very few makeshift street animal shelters....tents ..
And very few cows ...and bulls
The focus this year is on goats ..I believe that instead of getting a 80000 to 100000 cow share people will prefer a goat in same price or much less.

Feeling very hot and sweaty....without going in direct sun...sky is partly cloudy..mostly cloudy ...but no prediction for rain ...it was so hot this week that even high winds were of no relief.
Without showing up in the Zoom earth satellite imagery and maps ..
It rained in outskirts and neighboring towns and cities...
Hyderabad and kotri is reported to have a heavy downpour....but Karachi remained vigilant.
Today is the Last Sunday before Bakra Eid ....and I am still not motivated enough to go buy the animal. Suzuki sorties have started in the back Alley for cow practice...they are bringing the floor soil to put under the cow....even though the back Alley has been recently dug many times by the different utilities especially ssgc for lying the gas pipeline...
Probably they want to show that the alley is now open which has been closed for almost a year blocked by the builder building the corner plot.
Less than a year and they build the tallest building in the block .the old building neighbors in between on the other side have been "TIGHT" Urdu wala meaning pressured in Karachi lingo... overheard the first floor kid talking to the 3rd floor panthouse kid ...standing by the lonely veal ..." Tum bhi layao ...
He replied , Abba nahi la Raha...
And then the first kid used profanity about his Abba
This was their first experience with the builder mafia ...imagine when ours is reconstructed...
Not just the residents....I feel the building may not survive.
If we are still part of the game then I believe that the riskiest apartment to live is the one that houses the super store mart on the lower levels...even more risky than a building that has a gas cylinder refill shop/ station or a restaurant.
For example...chase up building on jail chawrangi caught fire 🔥
Etc etc....
Recently phophi jaan called and told that some stalking cousins have told her that I am building a house. After I posted the newly finished building...in the neighborhood on my Facebook.
Honestly I do not have any legal or equity ownership of the plot.building apartment or portion...even though I was quite interested in the basement still am...the finished unoccupied building has too many open balconies and windows on three sides just on my way in and out...so I better start walking regularly....or better returned to the age old habit of five times a day regular prayers at the neighborhood mosque🕌....you never know...
وَتُعِزُّ مَن تَشَآءُ وَتُذِلُّ مَن تَشَآءُۖ بِيَدِكَ ٱلۡخَيۡرُۖ إِنَّكَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٞ

The cow practice in the back Alley has a photoshoot request.....the ground floor and top floor have ethnically sand witched the middle floor....they will only calm down if they see me in rags...far far away from riches...

It is getting late ....Doctor Saab told me to fast today...because his drawing room and one other fan stopped working soon after I offered to come and help
Must be voltage drop issue...
I also wanted to fast this whole week....but I am feeling very hot and sweaty and have to drink cold water multiple times during the day ...not taking any medicine. Only a small table for blood sugar after too much Carbs or sweets.
So it's time for water and snacks ...

Now I am watching Geo tv drama bhakaway...with commercial breaks and channel surfing....
Governor left for Hajj.in the last flight from karachi....bach giya...now I can eat mutton nalli pulao leftover from yesterday's Papa's Anniversary Fateha....and enjoy the cow practice..

A governor has so many people under him....who would be so relieved...having time to relax and enjoy Eid...
On the other hand ...there is definitely nobody under me ..
Who would enjoy and relax sending me away...
I think that is enough argument about the ... invitation vs intervention...debate
But this does not mean that I am chosing or agreeing with one side or the other....the prima facie impression and conventional wisdom suggests that invitations to important events are also Not extended to the lowest of the lows...
