Good Morning !

The good news is that I survived the shab e baraat and valentine's day.

The bad news is that Pakistan Air force has a mission to rise up to the occasion of Champions trophy. They have been practicing for a week . TG I am not a stand up or I would have definitely cracked a "grounded" joke for the occasion .

I am sure that we will have a very grand opening show what I am absolute not aware of is that How modi ji will react...let's just pray that they don't overreact ......with a nuclear shower in a event they think important.

BTW ....somebody on the social media clarifies that Valentine's day is for girls under 22 years of age. My age group should be celebrating the international Woman's day ( march 8) .

In Dollar 🤑 terms ....it's too early to count the chicken eggs .

And talking of eggs reminds me of the current eggs crisis in the Jews torn Trump land.

And since we are into the polarization ...the pope is sick...yes it was announced yesterday.

Back in bed after smelling the Rose and season finale cool and quiet Sunday Morning.

Praiseth the Lord

9:31 am Very Quiet Sunday Morning ...did some gardening ...and had a cutting cup of tea ...the last one from last night I made before the gas ( not Petrol) curfew .

Still not sure why we are being fined $180 through the gas bill

The latest electric bill made it even more regrettable...for using the gas during winter months ... anyways...

The breakfast is definitely off...I wanted to start the Sunday fasting ....but fall asleep again for the second time....only one Sunday left before the Holy month of Zakat ....

By ordering food online we are paying some extra amount...in the form of taxes and charges

Maybe someday they will charge the Zakat also.....

Then we will be required to submit an illegibility certificate also...

I have observed that most air-conditioned restaurant and shops in my area charge more than 15% VAT which is usually after tax and platform , delivery and packaging ...tip is optional and probably that is the reason behind mentioning the rider's name while he is on the way ...so you decide that if he is illegible or Not for Zakat.

Some restaurants and shops that are affiliated with charitable organization that feeds the poor are also over charging for the same product and size as a right...I am not sure if it is good or bad ...

So all those who ever thought that I don't pay Zakat have Sinned big time ...I am not allowed to pray for them .

Cooking mafia has ordered beef boti from panda 🐼 mart and now making kababs for the Sunday Brunch...I have been craving for katakat as the winter is going ...but her blood pressure was high this week ...so I am avoiding her favorite takeaways ...we Shaked the cheese balls before eating so the added / sprinkled salt may fall off .

Had to watch the blood sugar o very keenly this weekend after eating the shab e baraat halwa and chakti ...avoided sweets and chocolates.

Oh my god ...no...no...I hear the sound....of frying ...yes ...yes the smell of kabab frying....

Already...

I believe I have a burger bun somewhere...brought on Friday from the bakery ....got to get up ...and taste the salt...if the kababs have salt ...then I will have to eat the whole plate to avoid the risk...of high blood pressure...just like I had to do with halwa ...

10:54 am Break 🥩,🍔♨️

3:43 pm Had an almost routine Sunday afternoon....and morning ...

So by the time I got up and conveyed my intention to make a burger ...the kababs were already fried in binary shapes ....so I deferred the burger plan and eat the kababs only ...as mentioned above I was in a fasting mood ...so a single half plate kabab was enough for brunch...with two types of tea .the with lemon🍋 and with milk tea ...

So after the noon brunch

I checked water pump

And then I did some gardening...

This valentine's we had the most beautiful multicolor Rose ever...

But I am so glad that there are new red and green leaves in some dried branches ....of the rose plants ....

Unlike all the previous years ...this winter I did not buy any rose plants instead I bought fertilizer and insecticide and took more care ....lost only one plant ....the rest seems to have survived the cold ...now let's see what happens when it rains ......or later when the Bakra comes .

So at around 2:15 pm I got free from the pump duty

came in to stretch legs before getting up to pray ...I heard some suspicious sound of somebody hitting the grill covers ...I thought it would be the neighbors cat or a crow ...but I saw human eyes peeping in .I am not sure but I think he was wearing a round fabric cap ...a chicken peshawari karahi....I shouted thief thief and picked up the stick cried the Nara e takbeer in loud voice and run ...by the time I got outside ...he was gone jumped over the gate ....

Thank God we did not have the electric charged high voltage fencing on the gate ...because that would have already been cut for the break in...or the intruder not having a escape route ...could have pushed me ...hurt me or even killed me ...

Anyways after getting my wits back ...I had a cold water bath ...and prayed The Fajr qaza and Zuhr Prayer 🛐

with a prayer for my dearly departed parents papa and Ammi and the Recently Departed Aslam Bhai

May the dear merciful Lord All Mighty Allah have mercy on my dearly departed parents Papa and Ammi and may they be blessed by the dear merciful Lord All Mighty Allah and Their Souls may rest in peace in heaven. Amen!

After praying I went back to the courtyard and checked for anything missing ...or broken ...checked the water pump ... luckily there was a foot print...that confirms that it was a ...

Islamabad and the adjoing areas were jolted last night with 4.8 magnitude earthquake...

No damage or casualty reported....

9:28 pm Wow ! I hope we see the very last of cactus aunty today...if can't get it in five years ....you deserve to be a lawyer...for the lifetime ( Wasiq1Wise...)

So all the fun is gone from the Star plus Disney Hotstar series Dil ko tumse Pyaar hua...

So hopefully I will be free and relaxed during the Asr Maghrib time slot ..it's very good because in less than two weeks...I will be extra busy preparing Mirchi pakora and palak pakora ...not every day ....but most of the days during the holy month of Zakat.

Most of the sleepy nights were spend watching the Turkish drama series Asla vazgeçmem

I reached episode 67 ...from episode 28 last Sunday.

Because of the complexity of the screenplay...I was watching it alone late night after two hours of sleep...but unfortunately my dear elder sister also got interested so chances are that it will pick up pace ....

And the show will go on with or without me....

Just paid the controversial gas bill.... episode 1.

This will be a very long and tough summer....I can feel it..

The overeating at dinner has made me feel heavy and sleepy....

Tonight I have been multitasking.....watched Geo Entertainment 's Guddi

And helped my dear stressed nephew financially....my first easypaisa transection since it became a digital Bank.......with over 2 lac beetle nut pan shops ...all over Pakistan....that cannot

handle a small transection of just a million rupees. Not to mention a two.
