Okay so I am not sure if Katrina Kaif and Sam Bahadur actor Vicky Kaushal are really divorced or if it's a Bollywood strategy to market and promote their new films ....sooner or later that will definitely happen ...funny thing is that Vicky Kaushal looks good with a lot of new ones but her....anyways it's their personal matter none of my business.
After six extra fast of Shasha Eid ....my this year's fast count is at 39 . And if I fasted today as planned....this would be my 40th fast of the year 2024.
The biggest event of this week was the Cloudy Seeding resulting in an unusual downpour and flooding of Dubai and the region. The scenes and reels from Dubai were really unbelievable and horrifying. I am really sure the shiekh must be very interested in finding the facts about the cause and effect of the rain and flooding . I won't be surprised if they hang the NCM chief upside down and wiped ....in queue ...Arabs !
I think I am falling asleep....too much khichri .... 💤

Fall asleep and missed sehri and fajr due to Overeating
Woke up after 8 am
Throat is itchy and clogged
Nose dry .
The residue thunderstorm was expected to bash Karachi .... emergency was declared ...but the wind and smoke blew it away ....and there was no thunder or rain ...just cloudy sky and a little drizzle on Thursday.
I am sure Dubai is not like Karachi at all ...people and business suffering heavy loses will claim damages from the govt of UAE as well as the NCM for unchecked cloud seeding causing such heavy rains and flooding ...
Despite the war like situation in the neighborhood between Iran and Israel after skirmishes between both inside and outside the territory....Pak Army is rumoured to have fired a top gen and corps 1 margala commander ...still not denied by the ispr
When Khan and mqm decided to submit to the American demand of giving extension to gen bajwa post superannuation....I was absolutely against it ....even ji and PPP did not took my counsel very seriously . So now I will not comment on the aftershocks ....
Petrol and diesel ⛽ prices were increased this fortnight....but due to the Eid holiday ...no real impact was visible except the price of chicken 🐔 increased probably because of demand and supply.....
FBR fishing for shops and traders registration continue.....threats to block sims of non filers were also refloated through media .... probably to keep the minds distracted from the Israel during Eid get-together and meet ups.
Still no news about the new design currency notes ... State Bank did not release new notes to banks for Eid raising suspicion that something is brewing ....or probably to discourage the non online Eidi .
Despite discouraging the social media ...Easypaisa introduced a new online Eidi that was up for grabs for the social media family and friends....all you have to do is create a eidi single or multiple and share the link on your social media account . If unclaimed the money is returned to the wallet account.
Amazing !
So I did create a eidi for ten person but did not share the link on Facebook or social media page ...therefore after five days ...the unclaimed Eidi money was returned to the wallet account without any deductions . It was fun 😊.
And talking of Eidi ....just saw on tv that US has passed the foreign aid and tictoc ban bills
- The House has passed a $95 billion package providing foreign aid for Ukraine, Israel and the Indo-Pacific region.
- A fourth bill in the package addressed other House GOP priorities, including sanctions on Iran and a measure that could lead to a TikTok ban. Unfortunately Pakistan did not get much and is also not in MFN . But I am sure a direct Israel - Iran conflict could change that any moment ...Always keep praying and always hope for the best.... inshallah 🤲

Sister ordered some groceries for iftari...she is also fasting....
Despite our fasting after Eid ....our other siblings chartered to their respective inlaws had a great time with us on this Eid ....they got our full love and devotion despite very limited excess . It is amazing ....that the quality time on special occasions gives more pleasure and is remembered for days rather than the usual meet and greet on these occasion . Life is tough for everybody but in siblings rivalry ....sometime a certified loser begin to look " fair seeming" زَيَّنَّا لَهُمْ أَعْمَـٰلَهُمْ
After 50 years and hard working family man is totally judged after 60 by the success of his or her children . Boys are boys ...you cannot expect much from them in this corporate world ....their true colors are visible after marriage and when they have their own children...but daughters are of three natures good or papa ki pari ....any other kind and you are doomed.... especially if your daughter is a mamoo ki pari ...then there is no u turn for you ...
I loved my parents very dearly and never liked any of my mamoo or creek club ... especially on Eid days ....my parents always planned the perfect feast ...and menu .. .mutton pulao ...with a tinch of aromatic saffron...garlic sauce and shami kabab ...
These days people cook chicken karahi on Eid day and want you to find a open market oven for the naan sheermal to go with the half heartedly cooked chicken karahi ....this is where the trust issues begin...between family and inlaws.... 😂

5:06 pm So despite the load speakers ....I went to the market to market oven ....and brought taftan for the chicken 🐔 karahi ....and some other stuff for iftari ....
There was very little traffic and no buyers ....I love shopping like this ....most shopkeepers got up and saw me and started sweeping and cleaning ....
It must have took me less than an hour to walk and shop at three different shops and return ....
Funny thing..... despite the bye elections all over the country on seats vacant by the undecided politicians.....who contest on multiple seats and win more than one seat and then keep one and let go the others ....it's a very disgraceful thing for the democracy and the constitutional flaw ....the waste of time and especially money is continuously going unchecked .....and a blatant disrespect for the voter and the vote .
Unfortunately , neither the election commission nor the Supreme court can undo this ....only a constitutional amendment can ....

So the funny thing is that my network and wifi was working normal today till I posted the probable iftari pictures ....
Wifi has no Internet 😞
Anyways ....it's time to go ....and make tea ☕ and anything else required and set the table ....but before that it's time for prayer 🛐 with a prayer for my dearly departed parents papa and Ammi and the Recently Departed Aslam Bhai

and then put everything away to open the fast with just date and Tea☕...but with tea ☕ I took out the Cake....and dig in with spoons instead of knife ...then we had the prayer break ....for maghrib prayer 🛐 with a prayer for my dearly departed parents papa and Ammi and the Recently Departed Aslam Bhai
...just for the record...it was still dark ...after eating I went to bed ...checked the social media on Telenor data ...I have flash fiber but I don't have the power bank or ups attached to it ....too lazy ...
