Today is the Sunday the 10th of November 2019 the 12th of Rabi ul Awwal 1441 H till the Sunset ( 5:47 pm : karachi) And this is my the Sunday Blog # 188 ( Hundred and eighty eight ) .

So Today is the 12th of Rabi ul Awwal the Eid -e- Milad un Nabi sallallahu alaihi wasallam

So today is the public Holiday ...on a Sunday ....a Sunday when already the cooking of good Food have started in the whole neighbourhood  since yesterday for Fateha , Niaz and Milad mehfils . It is quite interesting how the pigeon hole culture of this town and city now celebrates the Eid-e-Milad un Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam صلى الله عليه وسلم

اللهم صل وسلم على سيدنا محمد وعلى اله وصحبه اجمعين



So what i am trying to say here is that it will be very difficult for me to not over eat and then fall asleep for the rest of the day and maybe early at night . So all the time i have today for this my the Sunday Blog # 188 ( Hundred and eighty eight ) is this time from mid night till the Astronomical twilight or the end of sehri time and the beginning of the Fajr time 5:26 am ( Karachi)
So the target words count for this first winter Sunday Blog will be less than the normal winter sunday Blogs .

It is funny that we here in karachi call this winter ..

By the way my room temperature is 29°C and my table fan is on ...so if i go out to check the water in the tank ...i might put on a jacket or sweater ....because of the about ten degrees difference .
Okay this reminds me ...that i should go out and check the water ...right now ...

I love this weather ...especially because my forehead is dry and silky ...now and when i wake up and especially after eating a hot and spicy meal ...oh by the way few of the pigeon hole neighbours are on the street enjoying chatting ..with family . while their kitchens sounds very busy and lively at this time of the night . Even the children are up . While some are fast asleep especially the ones who had a very long day yesterday...Work , shopping or Traffic Jams .

Praiseth The Lord All Mighty Allah Amen ! that i have not catch the cold or flu yet ...of the coming winter ....and since we avoided the takeaway and free delivery most of the week ...so the other body systems are also in normal condition . Not Sure if it will stay the same . You know there is no cure discovered yet for the diabetics and the fundamentalist . Today i was standing at a local store and was wondering ...What can i buy ? Now and in few years ....Nothing ! Just half an egg ...and a tasteless Bran Bread ....and lots and lots of medicines and drugs ...and test kits or tools ...What is this ? Why am i living ...Why did i stayed at home for the past thirty plus years away from the MMM ( Military , Mulla and Mutahida )  ?  I should have joined either of them dacades ago and due to my restless nature ...i should have earned the Shahadat years ago .and have Rest in Peace . Amen !


If i lived ...ten , twenty or thirty years at the most ....without Sugar , Fats , Salt and eventually the proteins , carbohydrates and almost everything natural and organic ....Then what will there be for me to be proud of ? feel euphoric about ?
you know how hard and torturous it is when at a certain age ..you go to a Party and people keep reminding you that you should not be eating all this at this age .
And then there are some irritants who hates your guts because of the family feud or some kind of rivalry ...would continuously keep asking you ....Uncle You eat that ?

And you suddenly lose all your appetite and cravings that you have been nurturing ever since you got invited to that party . That you will go and meet every one and then enjoy the food and have fun .  And when you are treated like that sometimes you lose heart and die not because of eating but because of feeling the way i am feeling ...

How do we expect a gluttonous  person to live happily in a Gluten free world ??

Anyways ...

I think that i am thinking too much because i am still two hundred  or more words  short of the first thousand words for this my the Sunday Blog # 188 ( Hundred and eighty eighty )  SO i better hurry up and start doing this my the Sunday Blog # 188 ( Hundred and eighty eight ) without thinking ....thinking about food and stuff that i can eat or i cannot eat . or the stuff i should listen to while i am eating and the stuff i should not at all listen to while eating . And especially the people i should be with when i am eating my favourite food and stuff . and the people who i should not be with while i am eating my favourite food and stuff . And i need to make a list of all the people who are jealous of me and cannot stand me eating anything good at all . Also the chances of Having them around when i am eating and the chances of them coming out of the blue while i am eating or planning to eat . For ages we have been listening that you have to be careful of the evil eyes and malevolence of others especially the people who hate you or the underprivileged ...the evil eyed people and to protect yourself , your food , and your relations from their evil eyes and sights .
Our religion Islam does not scare us very much like some other religions but still we are also warned about such things and the Quran and the teaching of the Holy Prophet Muhammand sallallahu alaihi wasallam

have rightly guided us on so many occasions . The Four Quls or the final verses of the Holy Quran and especially the Surah Falaq

بِسمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحمٰنِ الرَّحيمِ


1: قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْفَلَقِ
2: مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
3: وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ
4: وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّٰثَٰتِ فِى ٱلْعُقَدِ
5: وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ

1. Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of the Dawn
2. From the mischief of created things;
3. From the mischief of Darkness as it overspreads;
4. From the mischief of those who practise secret arts;
5. And from the mischief of the envious one as he practises envy.

Even though this surah is very easy to understand and confirms what i was trying to say up above still if anybody wants to learn more and understand the evil and the harm it has and can cause us then they should read the Tafseer of this surah Al Falaq ( 113) of the Holy Quran .

May the dear merciful Lord All Mighty Allah Amen ! Save us and keep us away from all seen and un seen evils and Harms . And always protect us from jealous peoples and harmful people . Amen !

So the weather outside is more colder than it was at the beginning of this my the Sunday Blog # 188 ( Hundred and eighty eight ) but the room temperature is still the same ,,,and after the lots of Junk food and hot coffee that i made for myself during this break ...now i have some sign of wetness on my forehead ..so i am just checking if it stays or goes away without the fan .

Okay so since now i have less than an hour left before the next longer break ...i must touch or cover all the political and social events on the macro scope .

The most important thing or atleast seriously important to me as the constitutional expert of both the written and unwritten , Riged or flexible constitutions of the world . was the echo of  ordinance gardi in the parliament .

Nobody talks or maybe they are not the least interested in matter concerning the electorates . Why is that so ....the Bhai chara and solidarity they are not being able to show in the parliament ...has gone from bad to worse . outside the parliament they could not agree on anything at all . And now when the PMLN leaders are getting what they wanted ...the rest of the opposition will feel being stabbed in the back . Unless they are getting the dictation from the same .

So once again ...the poor people of Pakistan are being denied the basic Democracy due to the main political party of Pakistan the Pakistan Peoples Party PPP . They have never believed in the democracy . And they never Could .

This does not seem a bit true ...obviously he is being allowed to travel abroad due to the latest sci-fi digital innovations in the field of banking and security .

But dear sister got excited and went to a similar occasion for ladies of the neighbourhood ...she is now back and has also Brought the Tabarruk .

Strange ....net is working for Blogger ....and twitter on the mobile phone but is extremely slow for the facebook ....and yet the facebook is not down or something ....must be new giyaara Giyaara 11 11 strategy ....And can you believe it that the giyaara Giyaara is also here and i am not ready for it yet ...yesterday i went to the Khan ka shop and bought the things i needed better quality and ok prices and the best part is that i did not have to wait for a week or two to know that i can't get what they don't have in stock
@#$%^&*())(&%$# cannot say it at the time of the order ...that it is out of the stock ....

I have the net so i believe i can do the movies of the week right now ....But since there is no shampoo serial on geo entertainment and the gang today ...i feel some uneasiness outside the room ...and even the microwave door has been banged twice now ...even though its not a dinner night ...the sugar levels must be shooting sky high ...and the leftovers ...and tabarruk  is enough for a week ...then why all this commotion in the kitchen ...i better go and check and make a cup of green tea for my self  and come back in a little while and move on to the movies of the week .

10:11 pm ....Okay so i had the Green tea or the jasmine tea ...whatever ...and then i had a cup of Black Coffee ...no sugar ...the irony is that all the time i was moving here and there everybody was at rest ....and the moment i came back to this my the Sunday Blog # 188 ( Hundred and eighty eight ) they got up and once again i can hear the sounds from the kitchen ...that is not fair ....Anyways i was not at all interested in eating ...But if they fried something or let a nice smell come to my nostrils then i wont resist and shut this and go join them without looking or caring for the time left for this my the sunday Blog # 188 ( Hundred and eighty eight )
