Good Morning ! ....and a very Happy My Foot day to all .....
To wish someone a 'Happy Bastille Day' don't mention Bastille at all. Yup, the French don't call the day Bastille Day, instead referring to the date as 'la Fête Nationale Française' or 'Fete Nat' or even a simple 'la Fête du 14 Juliet'. ... So, if you want to greet someone, it's best to simply say 'Bonne Fete Nationale!'
Some customs and traditions are just too weird and bizarre for me understand ...lets just move on and forget the europeans for the time being ....and be a little narcissistic for a change
It has been an amazing week ...yes ...Things that were going wrong or bad ...or had gone worse ....last Sunday ...begin to get better from monday . Had Tap water most of the week ...especially in the morning ( afternoon ..as the haters call it ) Cable was restored before the match started ...it was a pole fault ...still the cable guy asked for water ...and tried to say something that i did not understand ....or tried to ...
Anyways . While cleaning the Room i found a tv in the corner and plugged it in and found few extra tv channels including the LTN ...so now i am totally hooked to new Turkish Soap serial Armaan or Yüksek Sosyete (English: High Society).
The Food This week was also good and i get to sleep at lot ....infact i sleep so much that my back hurts ...probably had a cramp while sleeping ...Doctor Saab knew this four weeks ago and he gave me the pills he bought for himself ...yesterday i took some and now i am feeling much better ...
Because of the Cable shutdown and less praying for the Water at night, i got a good start with the movies ....previously downloaded on the youtube aap . Four hindi movies in a row ...all good ones ...no regrets ...and something to relate to from the real life was an added advantage ....Cherish the Thought !!
And the Best and the funniest thing of all this week was that even after losing Shoaib Malik ....Uber won and careem lost . We watched the semifinal of the India lost , tension free the day after the Uncle And Aunt 's Ball week ended .

The Sindh police saved saein two hours before the spark turned into fire and smoke ...And the KE is here to save the day all dressed up in costumes ....
So there is nothing much i can watch and two dark to take pictures or video . The Good Thing is that we still have cable and Net and Electric Power ...Nobody cared to move the street parked cars ...not even the crazy neighbours . Their cars are blocking the fire escapes ...Then what can you expect if you wake up in the middle of the night ( morning ) to hear the yelling and shout out ...they must be in a shock ...Most of the neighbours are aware of the drill ....but few of the new ones ...well its the first time for them ....so you can imagine ...anyways its few minutes after 4 am ...which means that i have about one whole hour left before the next break ...so i need to take my mind off this short circuit fire and think of the some thing different ...
As usual it did not rain here in Karachi the Most dangerous city in the world . The City Became even more dangerous . A young media journalist got killed by his very dear friend and partner in crime . The initial reports by the media and his wife also a news journalist / anchor suggested that it was dispute of money ...between friends and partners ...now the stories are being concocted that the fierce killer and cold blooded murderer is a poor junkie ...lying in the hospital supported by his father
I am not sure if the killer atif Zaman is in custody in the hospital or is on his father's expense . Actually even after a whole week we know very little about the killer ...murderer . And never mind me even the news and entertainment channels know very little about him ...initially he was in the tire business ...with five six seven eight investors including the deceased tv anchor of BOL entertainment . We rarely see the shiekh saab any more so it is hard to suggest that the show is still run by the infamous and degraded Axact ...But the way inflation and price hikes are going ...soon very soon people will lose interest in the pakistani porn industry just like Pakistan lost interest in Porn video's of the Honorable Judges of NAB Courts . ....No it is not very shocking ...because here in Pakistan everybody knows that ....Judge bhi kabbhi Lawyer thi ...Bahu !

So the neighbourhood looks quiet after the last night ( morning ) adventures . There is a new face over the heavily armed Guard with a rusty pump up ...Somebody is trimming our fence trees ....everywhere you see this ashoka tree is straight like a tower or minaret ...and single ...but ours has many shoots , many branches and now they are over grown and bending inside ...i am afraid that if it is not chopped off in this high windy season ...it might fall and break the cable ...ours or neighbours ...Anyways ...my dear brother must have started off trimming himself ...when the street sweeper came to help(money) . Having big trees in this land re development area of the town is quite expensive ...as i have just been informed that our drain pipe has fallen and gone over the wall ....it must have been the too much too and fro movement of the bending asoka ....or maybe it was just the wind ....So suddenly my peaceful sunday or should i say sundays will have the home improvement and maintenance activity ...Yesterday we were suppose to have the over head water tank cleaned and repaired ...but my dear brother abort the mission at last minute ...he was not really satisfied with the work in the underground tank a week ago ...Unfortunately we did not have enough water to test the work done ....what ever quantity of water that came was pumped up and the tank remained empty most of the day ..to the zero water level ...The neighbours on the other hand were extra wasteful this week and extra extra wasteful yesterday whole day ...not sure why ...could it be the direct water on their electrical equipment from the extra washing ....or maybe it was the humidity can't say ...the surprising thing was that the new meters installed just a week ago kept blinking red ...while we were smelling the burning of the equipment and then the sounds of the electrical bursts and the voltage fluctuations ...which was felt by the whole neighbourhood ....ThankGod the All Mighty Allah Amen ! somebody turned their main off or it got burned before it could spread to the pole . The Crazy neighbour was trying to suggest that a loose wire on the pole may have caused it ...LOL
I am sure they wanted to take the blame for our loose cable wire ...But that is not happening ....Because the company does that every year ...tries to show us the bigger picture .....lol
Okay See how distracted i am today ....i even forget to mention Wimbledon Final yesterday ...which was lost by MS williams ....probably for the last time ...and won a Romanian

I don't understand why my brothers are craving for Nihari already ...it is still too hot and when the light goes off ...shut down or Whatever the neighbours and massi builders are doing ....playing With live wires ...it becomes unbearable ...just now i had just a small mango and a glass of juice ...with tea and hot and spicy choley ...and my skin turned reddish ...had to use an extra bottle of stored water ....to bath with menthol coated anti bacteria soap ...and shampoo ....My extra use of Shampoo during these hot summers are being constantly blamed for my hairs turning grey ( white) ...Anyways ...so if one brother had nihari i am sure the rest of us will also have nihari soon ...maybe home cooked ...it is not easy to cook nihari at home in this hot weather ...I am even avoiding frying an egg these days ...when i fry an egg for myself ..i fry a scrambled egg ...or boil it ...when somebody else do it for me ...it is usually an omelet with green chilli and tomato ...so i don't remember frying an egg this week or the week before ...
So no rain yet in the Lords cricket stadium ...Why ?
By the Way ...what do you suggest our dear crazy neighbours should do now ...to avoid an actual mishap ?
A fire escape is a must ...since now they even have a newly born ...
reduce the extra cheap chinese electrical equipment and wiring everywhere ....
Avoid playing with water ....around the electrical equipment ...

Just forget about me ...and live happily ever after .......LOL

Okay so now i should do the movies of the week ...or should i take a prayer break and do it after that ...The Cooking Mafia has also handed a long list of kitchen essentials ...Honestly i have been deliberately avoiding a visit to the market ...with all that price hike and protest against the tax man ...Usually when i buy something from the Chaudary ...at a higher price ..than it is confirmed ...and becomes absolutely impossible to revert to the original price or a discount ..so lets see what happens today .

So I went to the masjid for Maghrib prayer and on my way back i stopped at the local BBQ ...had some take away for dinner ...then i bought Dahi, ice cream and Sprite ...See i told you ...LOL
Anyways ...me and my siblings loved it ...Now this is what some might say Skulking ...or deliberately avoiding the duty ....there was a long list of kitchen essentials and i totally ignored it and bought the dinner ....Priorities ...Aata Majhi Satakli ....And Talking of Priorities ...The Present govt is going in the very right direction ...What happens is that Every time this poor nation goes to polls ...A very huge chunk of the Foreign exchange reserves is utilized ...we all know Elections is not an easy or cheap process ...it is very expensive ...and here in our country extra has to be spent on the security and guarantee of a peaceful election . That is why i hated it that some people were allowed to stand election from more than one seats from different constituencies all over the country ....my argument was that if they want to contest the election from more than one seat then they should pay the whole expense of the election ...because if they win then they will have to vacate the seat and a re election has to be done .. So anyways if you check the central banks reserves before and after the elections ...of all previous elections ...you may notice a sharp change.
So what happens is that all previous corrupt governments would show their frendly relations with the US admisnistration at that time and borrow money or get AId ...from where ever they can especially from US and Saudi arabia ...Times have changed unfortunately ...Now there is a very Anti - Pakistan ...Anti - islamic , and Anti - China US Administration in the white house as well as the State Department ...Under President Trump ...mind you i mentioned the administration before the US President ...meaning the whole administration is anti- Pakistan , Anti - Islamic , Anti - China ...in their own right ..So even if we work on improving relations with the president Trump ...nothing good will come out of it ...or CAN come out of it . And besides Pakistan's Foreign policy never concentrate on a direct diplomatic relation with the White House . Never have never will .
So the Question is .....okay i am not putting a $ price tag on it ...something tells me that i will never be able to buy my dream place ...LOL
