Today is Sunday the 6th of January 2019 the 29th of Rabi us Sani 1440 till the Sunset ( 5:58 pm . Karachi ) And this is my the Sunday Blog # 144 ( Hundred and Forty four ) .
Believe it or not this is the First Sunday Blog of the New Year 2019 . So First of All a very Happy New Years to all those who survived the Aerial firing and fireworks and all other kinds of reckless attempts everywhere in the world and especially here in Karachi the most dangerous city in the world .
Usually every new years midnight ..i listen and watch and try to catch the sights and sounds of the night sky on my mobile camera . But this year i let it pass and after the hour was passed i watched the rest of the show on television news channels . who i have no idea under what agenda paints a really horrible picture and do not or try not to show a good clear video of the fireworks or the song concert . Their merry go round of small windows with tickers telling who and where got hurt by the firing is always so confusing as they are trying to make us hate watching the television especially on this night .
May be they are right to some extend ...what is the point in watching if we are not enjoying it ourselves . So as it was the new years and the year 2018 has gone and over . I turned off the television and came back to bed and began my new years movie list with an old movie . It was fun to watch but i fell asleep anyways ...This has happened with me almost all week . I fell asleep quite a number of times watching a movie and some times twice watching the same movie . Just now before the midnight ...i was desperately trying to stay up and finish the last one before the midnight . So desperate that i totally ignored all the sounds and voices coming from outside the room and especially those of the fairytales just outside the door in the next room .
So i don't know if it is getting hotter or i am having a heart trouble ...because i am so totally sweating ...so first i better take off this sweater ...there you go ...and then i get a bottle of chilled water from the fridge ....

also on my way back i breathe a little fresh air and ogled outside ...most of the neighbours are doing time at the wedding season ....half of the street parking is empty ...till after one pm . Praiseth the dear merciful Lord All Mighty Allah Amen ! that i am so off all kinds of invitation lists ...especially the all night ears bursting vulgar songs and dances and very bad food not until after 2:15 am LISTS...have no idea what's the fun in it ?

Honestly for me this has been the most fun week of the year ...well since it was the first week i can truly and honestly say that .
Ah well the sweaty perspiration is all gone now after the chilled water and fresh air So now i need to take on the sweater ....i guess .
From the way things are going its just a few cold nights left in this package . then it will be back to the same old hot and sweaty nights and dripping days with no mercy ...none at all .

Yes This is the first real bad and sad ...almost alarming news of the New Year 2019 . I have thousands of Food and other daily images and i have no idea of those thousands of images which thousand will be left alone . LOL
Anyways , it was fun to know that i will never find out how many images will it be to make a tera byte of the storage capacity promised .
And another very related sad thing was that i was not able to reach the magic figure of 100 K on the twitter ...I was so hoping to do that just before the new years but flickr tweets became almost impossible due to some harmful app on the mobile smart phone . and now this ...so i believe i am still 5K short of the magic figure still i am so much better in the twitter count and followers than most who don't even know who Mr Twitter was .

Ah wow ...i love this winter morning fresh and windy air ...no idea why i am sitting here doing this when i should be on a morning walk or coming home from the mosque after praying the fajr prayer and Praying for my dearly departed Parents Papa and Ammi May the dear merciful Lord All Mighty Allah have mercy on my dearly departed parents Papa and Ammi and may they be blessed by the dear merciful Lord All Mighty Allah and Their Souls may rest in peace in heaven. Amen!

Haven't had that at all this winter neither did i have a halwa puri breakfast this winter at the dhabba or milk shop not even the take away ...Why ?
well for the very same reason...trying desperately not to catch the seasonal virals and the weapons of mass destruction . Even took the Bus rides and watch the paid help spitting on the roads and kerbs of this the most dangerous city in the world Karachi , when the sun was bright and hot and there was much less chance of the weapons of mass destruction jumping onto me . So anyways there is enough food and leftovers for today and nobody is very hungry so there is no need to go out ...The chances of an unannounced chaapa is very limited as long as Uncle and Aunt are here ...LOL
But we do get an occassional door and phone bell ringing or my siblings calling to update the fairytales ..other then that it has been the most Christmacy Winter season ever ! Which is a bit alarming don't you think ? Especially after my Bus rides to Saddar and beyond and winter walk through the Parish ...the fish and fauna vendors are now getting very restless ....waiting and crossing like a black cat my winter walks not very regular indeed and actually speaking to me ...they rarely speak to me . The King Kone icecream tricle has also started its round in the evening ...rarely any kid or the guard buys an icecream but its coming anyways ...so what i am saying is that ....after this very relaxed Christmacy New Years ,,,I must not be surprised if i get a very hectic or busy spring and Lent later . What may sound a fairytale or fairytales to me ...is spreading across the town and people are discussing it very seriously . People visibly older than me are leaving their seats and place in queue at barbar shops and buses . LOL
Okay i need to take a break here because ...okay never mind ...lol

9:51 am Okay the Sky was clear blue for an hour ...I had fun drinking the masala / ginger tea made by my dear Elder Brother . it helped eased the Blurred eyes and also i drowned two ship shaped U- Boats in the bowel movement . The Chilly winds did not stop . the room temperature is down by a degree Celsius ...this has rarely happened this winter . The breaking news on most news channel tickers are ...there is fog on motorway visibility zero : spokesperson Motorway Police .

So since we are so deep into the food ...let me share a secret ...i always wonder that if we had a cook or something ...would we be still having the same meal or me and my siblings would have different meal every meal or better still if we were to order take away fool every single meal how would we order ...same or different.
Well the Answer is very simple . If its a seasonal food ...like the paya / Nihari etc then we would prefer to have the same . Beside i have a feeling that people around the world watch my food images and try to eat the same which suggest that ..so anyways . Eating Good and Sharing is in our Blood . yes ...So where was i ...? ya this religious scholar on the tv said there is no shadi in Islam . I thought i heard it wrong or its the hell freezes over . I got more attentive and the gentleman made it clear and saved me from a certain shock of my life .
He explained ...There is no shadi in islam like the way we do it . Islam calls for Nikah . It has made it easy for the Muslims .
I am sure the show will be repeated a million times so i will try and paste a link or recording here when i get it . But honestly after watching the shadi ceremonies on the morning shows ...i am sure the generation next will come to this very soon . PM imran khan visited turkey for two day went to mazar of rumi ...no no not raza rumi the media guy ...anyways
President Trump wished to meet the new leadership of Pakistan . the media reported . was not verified from any of his personal or fan twitter accounts and since there is ban on the diplomats here and the state department is on vacations or celebration after haley and heather ...well not sure about her as well ...so what i am saying is that there is no confirmation is this is a pentagon request or his own desire ...either way ...i really don't thing it will make any difference if our new leader Ship sinks or swim with Mr Trump . What really matters is that the People of Pakistan somehow realize that no body likes them ...no none at all . Especially the Americans . If it was not the hate for Pakistanis in their hearts and minds why would they have so decisively voted for Mr Trump in the Presidential Elections in the first place .
Anyways ...i will just keep this renewed ray of hope on the watch list ...and keep trying to confirm is it has any weight or just rumour .
I stayed at home all week . Because there was just too much security on the streets of Karachi the most dangerous city in the world around the Happy New Years ...And i did not want my selfies to be Photo Bombed by Sindh Police Mobiles . LOL
Hopefully i will resume the happy Bus rides to saddar in the coming week ...oh no ...this reminds me ...I must have a box of Student Biryani in the freezer ...and maybe zarda as well ...ok
But i already feel full and there maybe no room for supper after midnight tonight and tomorrow will be a new day our cooking mafia will not give up ...so then when will i get a chance to eat that beef Biryani and zarda ?
