During court proceedings, Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa gave remarks that “Hafiz” should not be written with Allama Hafiz Khadim Hussain Rizvi’s name. His [CJP Isa] remarks are legally not true and are not under Shariah,” he wrote in a post on X.
According to Rehman, Rizvi was a Hafiz-e-Quran and there was no law to write or bar people from writing Hafiz with the name of a Hafiz-e-Quran.
“It is a norm in our society due to which his [CJP Isa] objection is not right. It is not befitting of his position to unnecessarily intervene in Islamic matters. His [CJP Isa] position requires that he takes back his remarks,” he said.

The Chanda 🤑 mafia of Pakistan especially Karachi is really excited The main road from mazar e Quaid to the Society graveyard which was left out by the previous regime while mapping the colored buses routes red, white (EV) or green ....now every body wants to come down and do their power show .....Sundays are fully booked for the rich and powerful till the elections ....

4. Bhola Shankar ....no idea what is the issue but I must have watched this movie from the same scene three time ...where the girl mahalaxmi makes the scratch of her brother as the killer ...and he comes and rescue her from the villain.
The cable introduced a new movie channel ...& pictures HD live ..
It is showing movies I must have missed .. slightly less popular but in better quality sounds and color ...
Probably the final hiccup....before shutting down the business for good ...having issues of fee collection as well ... should I volunteer ❓
Watched ishq murshid episode on mobile and had an ice cream 🍨 without cone ..from the tub ..not sure where are the remaining cones ..I put them in some jar not sure where the jar go from the table ...instead of searching for the jar of cones ...I used the spoon ...the throat has been a little heavy since yesterday after I had the mutton Pulao for dinner 
Later I had the new Red Apple 🍎 Fanta ...got it from panda Mart for for 50 % discount ...Rs 50 original price Rs 100/- for 500ml pet bottle...inflation is getting out of hands ...I really don't think "WE" needed a cadet college graduate and Social media influencer to make realize that price of egg is the highest of all times this winter ....
Doctor Saab is absolutely exhausted and want to retire and come home ...
His roof was leaking he had it fixed and spend thousands of Rupees for white wash ...the roof started to leak from different place ...
On Monday while he was trying to get it fixed which is not very easy because the flat above his is rented and the owner does not live in the same building ...he received a message of the death of a cousin few months older then me ...he was very ill for the past couple of years . Had a stroke...almost paralyzed some two and a half years ago. His sister in law passed away last month in Hyderabad Sindh. His elder brother also a cardiac patient been to hospital 🏥 many times recently ..elder sister who lives in Karachi had to be hospitalized during her iddat period few months back after her husband died during dialysis....
The rest of siblings and their inlaws in phophi begums family are not in the best of health...
May God the All Mighty Allah Amen 🙏 have mercy on the living and the dead ...Amen 🙏
