12:51 am Okay so I am a little late tonight because I fall asleep.....before midnight....it was a couch potato day of the year . No no I did not watch back to back movies or tv series ....
You know the cricket world cup is being played in India ...today or should I say yesterday....yes please spell check if I say today ....again ....
So anyways ....there were two matches ....first was between Sri Lanka and Netherlands and the other one was between England and South Africa ....my favorite teams for this year's final is New Zealand and South Africa but this week their performance was not good ....so I was very keen to know how South Africa and Netherlands do today .
Netherlands did not do well at all against Sri Lanka but south Africa made a huge 399/7 and in reply England collapsed at 170 in 22 overs
229 short.
So now in the points table New Zealand is at the top and South Africa is in the steady third so after today's game we will know for sure who is winning this world cup 2023 and who is winning the first November match . Going down to the bottom England joins Afghanistan. This reminds me of the poetry ....

Home Secretary Priti Patel has signed a major new agreement which will return foreign criminals and immigration offenders from the UK to Pakistan.
This is the fifth returns agreement the Home Secretary has signed in 15 months delivering for the British public through the New Plan for Immigration.
Today (Wednesday 17 August) Priti Patel met with the Interior Secretary, Yousaf Naseem Khokhar and the Pakistan High Commissioner to the
UK, Moazzam Ahmad Khan, to sign the reciprocal agreement.
Home Secretary Priti Patel said:
I make no apology for removing dangerous foreign criminals and immigration offenders who have no right to remain in the UK. The British public have quite rightly had enough of people abusing our laws and gaming the system so we can’t remove them.
This agreement, which I am proud to have signed with our Pakistani friends, shows the New Plan for Immigration in action and the government delivering.
Our new Borders Act will go further and help end the cycle of last-minute claims and appeals that can delay removals.
Pakistan nationals make up the seventh largest number of foreign criminals in prisons in England and Wales totalling nearly 3% of the foreign national offender population.
The agreement underlines both countries’ ongoing commitment to tackling the issue of illegal migration and the significant threats it poses to both nations. The agreement also includes ongoing work to improve and expand UK-Pakistani law enforcement cooperation.
obviously the Americans don't approve of this agreement because they prefer to keep the high profile with face value 🤠 in london

Nawaz Sharif and his daughters father in law Mr Dar were deported under this agreement....they reached Lahore Yesterday after trying their level best to get asylums in Saudi Arabia and UAE ....let me remind that UAE has an Extradition treaty with UK . So there was very little Chance it would keep him . Saudi Arabia should have but perhaps America talked them out .

Yes there are two simultaneous cyclones one in the Arabian sea called Cyclone tej and the other in bay of Bengal named Cyclone Hamoon .
Karachi is definitely safe from the direct or indirect effects of Cyclone Tej ..
But weather disturbances in the bay of Bengal usually effects the weather of Rajistan , Sindh and Karachi .

Yesterday the package was delivered very late in the afternoon .....and the markets were closed for weekend so we were unable to get the initial reaction after the end of anxiety. Now a very cautious reaction is expected by the bulls and the bears in the coming week .....by Friday morning we will know for sure how the forex markets are going to play .

Not very best quality but they are soft and ripe for fruit Chaat and people without teeth ....still waiting very anxiously for the juicy citrus oranges and kino .....for fresh juice ....
The fresh juice shops in town have died .....very few survived but serving processed fresh juice ....like smoothie, shakes and whatever ....
Pineapple was very expensive this year and import restrictions and dollar 💰 price totally discouraged the imports ....even the bottled and canned fruits are two to three times higher ....for some odd reason my tongue and palate don't accept the taste of famous brand tetra pack juices .
Anyways , peeling and slicing pineapple 🍍 is not very easy ....and extracting fresh juice is also not easy ....so let's just forget and move on ...

The smell of freshly cooked chickpeas legume is cooking from the kitchen...we had late start and I tried everything possible to discourage a heavy breakfast or meal today because I want to stay awake today and do the Sunday Blog as well as enjoy the match and games ....without falling asleep after every heavy meal

Yesterday I saw a vlog from Saudi Arabia....they showed a McDonald's table with amazing wireless mobile charger ...Sorry that video is not available for sharing here ....but wireless charging and air charging is a reality all-over the globe . So no worry I will also have it sooner or later .

The two shows I was watching on Urdu1 tv ended ....I cannot believe shajar e mamnu or yasak elma finally finished after season 6 . And bolum 177
The other one ...dastak mere Dil pey ...or Sen cal kapimi only had first season end and until the next Dabba arrives ...they rewind it from the first episode of season 1 . So technically my one hour of tv series is free every night ...
We were too upset so we watched ayeza Khan's mein all 11 episodes back to back ....it started in August once a week Monday at 8 pm
Some YouTubers have started a new trend of predicting the next episodes upcoming the twists and turns of the story it gives a new challenge to the playwright and production houses ...which has led to another new trend and that is filming most of the scenes and turning points of the stories sequence in moving cars ...on the streets ...away from studio staffand crew away from spies and spoilers ...
In the beginning...I used to hate these YouTube predictions ...but now I kinda enjoy it ... especially if the production house prove them wrong ... absolutely wrong .
