Okay ....The Cyclone 🌀 is coming ....it is less than ( hope I spelled than correct)

I can't believe Mr Ram Kapoor s Mumbai survived the Cyclone Biparjoy named by Bangladesh meaning disaster, calamity...How Rude ...the list suggested by Pakistan has very nice 13 names such as ...

Gulab, Asna, Sahab, Afshan, Manahil, Shujana, Parwaz, Zannata, Sarsar, Badban, Sarrab, Gulnar and Waseq

The last one is not Wasiq ...it's Waseq ...mean

Anyways ....so I mentioned ...I was not taking this cyclone thing very seriously and instead was enjoying my birthday week watching Netflix and movies on YouTube...so yesterday night my wifi internet was once again shutdown. And since there was no movies I like on the cable ..I fall asleep...twice ..or probably thrice . Yes .

Anyways ....as you all know it was my birthday week and I even fasted the birthday Fast on Wednesday....this was my 72nd fast of the year 2023 CE . And I felt really great ...all day . Doctor Saab happened to be eid shopping in the neighborhood...so he drop by with a cake a day early ....nothing is going in his favor these days and yet he made my day . Awesome 😎 isn't it ?

Nephew came the next day at iftari and brought pastries ....and saved me the hassle of ordering a cake ....the second cake of the birthday....I thought I would be sad and depressed ...but fasting elevated my spirits ....and I was okay .

Friday was the budget day ...but a day early that is on Thursday.....The Sugar Don Mr Jahangir Tareen launched his political party minus Khan Jemima 's ex

They named their group ....the istehkam party ...after the wrap up of the pak sarzamin party .....all the hard work and manpower was being wasted so the sponsor think of this in the mean time ....something between paksarzameen and Manzil ay Murad . So this must be the Shad bad party 🎉

The paksarzameen party wasted a lot of fireworks....over the years .so I am sure when they comes to the neighborhood we will get to hear the same fireworks 🎇

As far as winning the elections is concerned...I don't think so ... Remember...in the previous general elections Mr sugar don did not make the electables win ....he only brought them together ....in the name of The Father and the holy ghost in his Private jet and made them vote for the pm .

No sign of the cyclone Biparjoy ... precipitation is minimal and prediction is changed ....I should sleep more ...😁

Smelled the fresh Roses

Have no strength to watch the news or make the breakfast ....lying down like that may give bedsores or rash ....

I can't believe this ....the maps app started updating on data ?

How the preference changes automatically I don't understand. Imagine how things will be after switch over to Ai , i prefer to write it with a small i to remove any confusion.

You know Ai means artificial intelligence.

I am sure Ai and me would get along good 👍 ....it would be the control freaks, the watchdogs ....the so called big brother....who will find it difficult to work with .

So we had the Budget 2023-24 presented on Friday . So far I have not heard or felt any direct effect on me . The prices of my stuff has been escalating all year round ...and in a bigger proportion than they could be effected by the marginal readjustment of a few taxes and levy's. The price control mechanism has totally failed especially in a megapolis like Karachi .

Oh that reminds me ....shops have been ordered to shutdown at 8 pm in order to save the Electricity. Awesome isn't it...the order came just weeks before the Bakra eid ...so who do you believe is going to follow this strange order . The shopkeeper and traders associations are protesting .

Some small levy has been proposed to be removed from the solar panels in the budget proposal. These solar panels are getting more and more popular in the rural as well as the urban areas to fight the energy crisis . It's safe and environmentally friendly. I think the Govt should do more to help reduce it's cost .

10:08 am I am feeling sleepy again ....the neighborhood is so calm and quiet as if it is uninhabited. People must be glued to their mobiles or television to learn the latest about the cyclone Biparjoy....one cannot be sure until it's over ....makes landfall and the after effects.

I can't believe this we have been scared to death from the coming storm / cyclone

And Banu in kpk about a thousand miles away landlocked got it first ....a severe storm killed many and destroyed houses .

The British thank God the All Mighty Allah Amen 🙏,

Are for the first time blaming it on the climate change and not on the jamaat ay islami or anybody else's doing .

12:07 pm The Rose update

Due to hot 🔥 weather I have not been able take care of my rose plants ....I am surprised that they not only survived this heat but also giving fresh flowers and new leaves ...amazing 😍

No internet yet.....not complaining....not in the mood for a chaapa .

Ptcl could be behind this outage ....they have very recently installed new network around our home ...new poles with fAT boxes and flash fiber ....

If they or anyother rival network is behind the shutdown ...then there is just no point in complaining....and if it's a technical or hardware fault then it's better to remain quiet .

Sister is too eager to go out ....she doesn't care where .....but she has pinned a few favorites ....I on the other hand is in no mood to even go to the door .... let's see who wins ....I will probably survive today because it's Sunday .

Time to check the water pump ....

It's too hot outside ...

The cyclone is just about 700 kilometers away.... Neighborhood is very calm before the storm ....the kids who play and shout under the hot tin roof on the left building have a holiday today on a Sunday ....now I know why they call Christmas in June ....

All hot tin roofs in the neighborhood are very quiet ...not sure about other towns and localities ..... None of them could survive a 160 kilometers/ per hour storm and what about the solar panels on the rooftops ....they don't stand a chance either .....

وَيُسَبِّحُ ٱلرَّعْدُ بِحَمْدِهِۦ وَٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ مِنْ خِيفَتِهِۦ وَيُرْسِلُ ٱلصَّوَٰعِقَ فَيُصِيبُ بِهَا مَن يَشَآءُ وَهُمْ يُجَـٰدِلُونَ فِى ٱللَّهِ وَهُوَ شَدِيدُ ٱلْمِحَالِ

Wayusabbihu alrraAAdu bihamdihi waalmalaikatu min kheefatihi wayursilu alssawaAAiqa fayuseebu biha man yashao wahum yujadiloona fee Allahi wahuwa shadeedu almihali(13)

And the thunder exalts [Allah] with praise of Him - and the angels [as well] from fear of Him - and He sends thunderbolts and strikes therewith whom He wills while they dispute about Allah; and He is severe in assault.(13)

I think I better pray 🛐

with a prayer for my dearly departed parents papa and Ammi and the Recently Departed Aslam Bhai

May the dear merciful Lord All Mighty Allah have mercy on my dearly departed parents Papa and Ammi and may they be blessed by the dear merciful Lord All Mighty Allah and Their Souls may rest in peace in heaven. Amen!
