Today is the Sunday the 24th of May 2020 , the 1st of Shawwal 1441 till the Sunset (7:14 pm ; Karachi ) , And this is my the Sunday Blog # 216 ( Two Hundred and Sixteen) .
First of All a very Happy Eid Mubarak to All .
Yes it is true the moon has been sighted by very few in Balochistan the largest and biggest province of Pakistan so the rest of the itsy bitsy tiny small Pakistan has to follow and celebrate the Eid ul fitr 1441 H all with the rest of the World .
According to the Islamic Sharia law ....you have to go with the flow . Meaning that if I was not able to sight the moon from anywhere in my Jamshed town of Karachi☠️
Then I cannot proclaim that because I was not able to sight the moon my self or had any well reliable witness from my neighborhood of the sighting of the moon before moon set on the evening of the 29th of Ramzan so I Will not celebrate Eid ul fitr today . Furthermore the fast on the day of Eid is very seriously prohibited .
So Eid it is ...the first Eid of 2020 and also the 1441H
I don't know how to say it ... because it is glad 💖and sad 💔both in one .
This has been the first Ramzan in many many years when I remained safe from the weapons of Mass Destruction flu infection and all other viral and bacterial dieseases , common cold , cough , sneeze and diarrhea etc by stayHome , prayAtHome and Social distancing , isolation during the lockdown . Sop's . I am not really sure if this Ramzan will be treated as a normal Ramzan by the Lord All Mighty ALLAH Amen ! Or we will have to cover up for it by the sanctioned reprisals practice as prescribed by the Holy Quran and Sunnah .
Amen !
Like fasting on other non Ramzan days later or feed the poor .
Fasting sounds much easier to me . As I have already fasted Forty more days of Lent and now I intend to fast six more days of shasha Eid just the very next day of Eid perpetual for the next six days . So all together the fast count for me this year will be
40 + 29 + 6 = 75 Days
Which is a quarter no about one fifth(1/5)
of a year .
Anyways .
It is Eid Mubarak today no matter what ....so Eid Mubarak to All once again
There is a difference of opinion this year the over obsessed with the Covid-19 Corona virus pandemic , are suggesting that we should celebrate the Eid Mubarak with sadgi or simplicity . And the other side of the equation is still undecided .
As far as I am concerned you all know there is a huge debt of land Mafia and Builder Mafia on me so there is absolutely no chance of celebrating this or any Eid with sadgi . We will be celebrating this Eid Mubarak as well with jharu poncha ◼️
First I had Nihari with Nan bread in iftari and then the ping pong moon committee took too much extra time to announce the decision already leaked out by the fawwad Choudary the science and technology minister of the Iranian govt in the Federal cabinet. And then I dozed😴 off for a little while
so I have not prayed the Isha Prayers yet .
So here I take a break for the Isha Prayers with a prayer for my dearly departed parents Papa and Ammi

1:38 am Okay I had lots of tea and chilled water did not even think of eating ....
Did broom out a small portion of the drawing room there was about 200 grms of pure dirt which I picked and throw out in the garbage . In my childhood we used to have milads very regularly when all the furniture and carpets were moved and the room remained very clean plus that larkay Waley used to come a lot ...so there was no chance of a dirt in our home . But ever since the Iranians appointed billo Rani as the supreme leader the apna pun died and with it the two main traditions of our home .
People at home and in the neighborhood are really not excited with the Eid Mubarak today . More than half of the Neighborhood is already gone to sleep . There was no sign of the Chand raat rituals of shopping . And now it's too late for anything . The mini balls from the ghetto next door are looking for the place to play cricket as they have been turned out due to a late night chaapa . A very inert neighbor has been working all week on his cars and installed the touch alarm or maybe it's factory fitted not really sure . But one thing I am really sure is that kids are playing cricket this late right next to the touch alarm cars because the light is good and it's easy to find the ball due to the horn ( honk) alarm 😜
After I did the previous Sunday Blog I was expecting something like this so I brought the Begum vermicelli and other related Eid Mubarak feast ingredients so there is nothing to worry for me
Infact I will really enjoy this Sunday lockdown Eid Mubarak . And from Monday Morning Sehri time everything will be back to normal fasting ( roza ) mode . And hopefully foodpanda 🐼 and other delivery and takeaway will be open too so nothing to worry nothing at all .
Amazing I have already reached the first thousand (1000) words on the words counter which means that now I can sleep six hours till Sehri time Monday morning .
So if we did not go to the Eid Mubarak Prayers what kind of the first day of Eid Mubarak stories will I have to do this my the Sunday Blog # 216 ( Two Hundred and Sixteen )
Well first of all we will have the news room Eid fashion and style and then the Eid Mubarak morning shows fashion to begin will . To be very honest the Eid Mubarak shows fashion and style does not fascinate me as much as the Ramzan fashion and style does . Ever since the Russian invasion PTV and and it's offsprings had a uniform Ramzan policy .
During the first Ashara (10 days )
Men were to wear eastern dress most likely shalwar kameez with waistcoat or long coats and their female co-host or anchors
Full sleeve shirt and shalwar according to trend and a full head covering long dupatta
In second Ashara ( middle 10 days) men same female same dupatta down most of the time .
For third and last Ashara ( last 10 or 9 days subject to the appearance of the moon ) anything goes expect the unexpected .
Now ever since the social media came the impact of media both print and electronic media have been greatly minimized almost diminished especially on these festive and cultural events and days . Nobody fights for the remote anymore , nobody watches the movies and especial shows between millions of tasteless commercials and Television advertisements unless ....they are at a lunch or dinner at a F and F ' house or Eid Milan party so desperately trying to look busy and avoid JIT
And you are totally not allowed to use the earphones even if hell break loose .
Aah you got the drift .
Mann I feel so lucky and privileged to have the freedom and feast on Eid Mubarak days for many many years .

4: 25 am so the Astronomical Twilight was 4:17 am .
I have done the break fast of scrambled egg , some biscuits and a cup of tea made by myself from the Lipton yellow label teabags .
I brushed the teeth as routine . But did not do the niat prayer for the fast just to be on the safe side
The trust level for mulla is in minus today . So I will eat after I hear the khutba ( Eid Mubarak Sermon )

Today I will pray the fajr prayer after the last azan call or if I can't hear it because of the fan then when I see the light on my window through the curtain . Or after 5:15 am , which ever is later .
Okay so beside the Awesome Lipton yellow label tea I just had for breakfast made by myself with the Lipton yellow label teabag and Nido milk powder . The other best thing of this Eid Mubarak day is that I saw the hajr e aswad from this close on news channel showing imam Saab and others cleaning it with perfumes . Ahh heaven !
Oh I just remembered that was not last year . Last year we did not take a cow share at his madrassa and instead I brought a caned paya from Karachi foods . So that must have been the year before that . One paya with two cow shared . So last year we had no Uncle and no paya ...I mean no cow Share . Ya that is correct .
Anyways , it's not 5:15 am yet or the last Azan call heard or the light from the window through the curtain but I need to take a break here .

Okay I have sipped the very chilled glass of water
After personally watching and hearing khutba , Zaid takbirein and Namaz e Eid on multiple open and closed places . Totally failed to buy the kachori at the first attempt . Visited my dearly departed parents and grand parents graves and offered fateha .
After returning home I immediately took off the soaked in sweat dress and took a bath . Now it's time to sleep my eyes are closing I cannot see clearly . I have uploaded the pictures of my visits . All done . Since after the cool bath and chilled water I feel so good that now I don't water to eat any thing or even drink the tea . Very nice smell is coming of the tea and other stuff . But if I eat before sleep then I will probably sweat in sleep .
Tell me what to do ?

11:02 am No I have not been able to sleep as yet .
About an hour ago , I was called for Eid Mubarak Fateha !
Usually we have this fateha on just the sweet vermicelli sheer before going to the Eid Mubarak prayer at 7:00 am . Anyways
After fateha we had the brunch and soon after eating I begin to sweat . It took me about half an hour to completely dry out lying absolutely idle except that I uploaded the pictures in the mean time .
You won't believe it but most of my body is absolutely asleep 😴

Had a very sound sleep woke up had a bath and prayed Zuhr and Asr prayers now having tea .
That was the first tweet of the day ...
Also having Pakora with tea .
Have not sweated like this all Ramzan . Must be the too much hot and spicy food I have been eating since iftari yesterday . And especially today . I don't know what to do about it . The more I try to be health and hygiene concious the more food comes in front of me . And sometimes it feels like a sin to say no . No more ...I can't eat this ..
Now imagine how much social distancing I have been practicing for so long . I don't eat out ... hangout go to the parties , wedding , and all other forms of religious get-together where there is free and abundant food with awesome aroma and a very friendly environment . And still I feel like I should control myself .
Can you believe I wrote at length about the Eid Mubarak day television and ever since the breakfast before fajr Azan I have not touched the remote . So I have no idea how the Seth' own are celebrating the Eid Mubarak with Sadgi and simplicity .
The neighbourhood is extremely Quiet and peaceful . So much more than I had expected . Traffic on my dearly departed parents ( may their souls rest in peace in jannah Amen!).. street is negligible . No 🏏 Cricket or any other sports being played by the neighbors kids . Must have been still sleeping . Especially those who started sleep after late lunch sometime after three or four .
So far we did not have a full Facebook Meetup so I am not really sure what happened since morning ...who came and who called . Did not hear phone ringing many times today . Or gate banging a lot . Must have been too exhausted after visiting the graveyard and a walk around the town . If I have not been awake all night and so sleepy I would have walked at least half an hour more even though it was very difficult with the mask 😷 and gloves and 🧦 socks . I was afraid that if the checked my infrared temperature and saw me sweating like this don't know what they will say and do ....

It's time for the maghrib prayer so here I take a prayer break with a prayer for my dearly departed parents Papa and Ammi

The Isha Azans have finished or maybe I can't hear them inside .
The kids in the top most nursary are chirping ...it's been two years but the still do that when they come together . I am sure the builder mafia did that on purpose for tough times (Dark days) like these . Had more confidence on me than myself . Deeply Honored 🏹

11:40 pm okay so finally we had the Eid Mubarak Facebook Meetup over foodpanda 🐼 app . It took so much time to decide what to order that finally when the order was placed it was denied as the restaurant had closed till tomorrow . Today when I was on the street before seven I went passed many famous bakeries . The early birds were too eager to shop but they were closed . Even I had to come home empty handed because I was dehydrated .
Right now the neighborhood is dead silent after the chirping kids dispersed or went to sleep . Most people have turned off the lights as well just like me and must be on their mobiles in bed .
I don't think this is the first Eid Mubarak after the old neighbour died . So we are lucky nobody died in the neighborhood or from the neighborhood this year Eid ul fitr to Eid ul fitr .
Not even in this historic pandemic worldwide . In few hours the Death Count in the USA alone will cross ⚔️ the 100, 000 mark this morning when I checked the closing figure for Saturday ...it was 98,683 and for state of New York it was 29,112 Covid-19 Corona Virus Pandemic related deaths
The number of Deaths in the hot and sunny state of Florida have doubled since the reopening of the the beaches after the Lockdown that is now 2233 .
This virus seems to be clearly undisturbed by the cold or hot temperatures which is very surprising . And it's rapid growth and spread has something to do with the Global Travel .
People who travel most in the world and regions that gets most travelers and tourists are the worst effected by this Covid-19 Corona virus Pandemic .
Despite a global lockdown . The American and British diplomats worked day and nights tirelessly to run a special flights operation from around the globe to make sure each and every stranded and stuck fellow country men women and child is safely returned home . They are also running a self praise campaign on social media of the great human services they have rendered in the past few months . I do hope and pray that their efforts are not judged by history .
Wow the tea pot is full with fresh tea ....so should I finish it before Sehri or with Sehri .
I really don't remember how long has it been since we really had a Eid Mubarak first day feast in this house . Lately our youngest sister and her family used to come and we would have the lunch or Dinner with them . But mostly because of poor health and lockdown she is more into social distancing and isolation then I ever was . Until last year it was so unimaginable that she won't be visiting us in the Eid Mubarak day . Infact over the years they even came more than once on the first day of Eid Mubarak sometimes when they could not eat here because of being invited elsewhere they used come for a while on there way to or from the party or get-together and always brought a box of sweets .
I mentioned this here because it was a big first . Or maybe it was last year . Can't be last year because I remember that she came many times during the Eid Mubarak days last year . It was my Happy birthday on the third day and since we went to doctor Saabs in careem on the first day and did not go to hers a block away ....she brought a too tight kurti ...maybe somebody suggested that a straight jacket would be too obvious and I would never get it . They came at midnight when I was not ready . I did offer to order a cake from the new on-line bakery but they were in a hurry . By the way I tried that kurti again today hoping that after lockdown and fasting for sixty nine days it might be loose for me . And believe you me it still fits so tight that you cannot pull the key back from the side pocket .
I wanted to wear it all day long but to do this my the Sunday Blog #216 ( Two Hundred and Sixteen ) I had to lie down in bed and even fall asleep and I was afraid that it will be torn in my twist and turns . So I took it off before lying in bed and save it . I will try it on again after workout . I like it's dark chocolate color 😋
Okay my late night data package has started now so I have to update this my the Sunday Blog # 216 ( Two Hundred and Sixteen) . My life has become simple and fun ever since we let go of the WorldCall Broadband internet some months ago before the Lockdown . So this is also a first Eid Mubarak without the WorldCall Broadband internet connection . It is funny they did not disconnect the Cable hoping that we might have a relapse or something 🤑

Even though I may be too old for some marts and mall SOP s but my dear elder sister was the first one to give me eidi . And she will probably be the last one today . So Thankyou 🌹 very much . I hope and wish that whatever you cook today is good and makes you feel better. Amen !

11:02 am No I have not been able to sleep as yet .
About an hour ago , I was called for Eid Mubarak Fateha !
Usually we have this fateha on just the sweet vermicelli sheer before going to the Eid Mubarak prayer at 7:00 am . Anyways
After fateha we had the brunch and soon after eating I begin to sweat . It took me about half an hour to completely dry out lying absolutely idle except that I uploaded the pictures in the mean time .
You won't believe it but most of my body is absolutely asleep 😴

5:49 pm Good Morning and Eid Mubarak !
Had a very sound sleep woke up had a bath and prayed Zuhr and Asr prayers now having tea .
That was the first tweet of the day ...
Also having Pakora with tea .
Have not sweated like this all Ramzan . Must be the too much hot and spicy food I have been eating since iftari yesterday . And especially today . I don't know what to do about it . The more I try to be health and hygiene concious the more food comes in front of me . And sometimes it feels like a sin to say no . No more ...I can't eat this ..
Now imagine how much social distancing I have been practicing for so long . I don't eat out ... hangout go to the parties , wedding , and all other forms of religious get-together where there is free and abundant food with awesome aroma and a very friendly environment . And still I feel like I should control myself .
Can you believe I wrote at length about the Eid Mubarak day television and ever since the breakfast before fajr Azan I have not touched the remote . So I have no idea how the Seth' own are celebrating the Eid Mubarak with Sadgi and simplicity .
The neighbourhood is extremely Quiet and peaceful . So much more than I had expected . Traffic on my dearly departed parents ( may their souls rest in peace in jannah Amen!).. street is negligible . No 🏏 Cricket or any other sports being played by the neighbors kids . Must have been still sleeping . Especially those who started sleep after late lunch sometime after three or four .
So far we did not have a full Facebook Meetup so I am not really sure what happened since morning ...who came and who called . Did not hear phone ringing many times today . Or gate banging a lot . Must have been too exhausted after visiting the graveyard and a walk around the town . If I have not been awake all night and so sleepy I would have walked at least half an hour more even though it was very difficult with the mask 😷 and gloves and 🧦 socks . I was afraid that if the checked my infrared temperature and saw me sweating like this don't know what they will say and do ....

It's time for the maghrib prayer so here I take a prayer break with a prayer for my dearly departed parents Papa and Ammi

No tea now so I guess I am done till Sehri ....
The Isha Azans have finished or maybe I can't hear them inside .
The kids in the top most nursary are chirping ...it's been two years but the still do that when they come together . I am sure the builder mafia did that on purpose for tough times (Dark days) like these . Had more confidence on me than myself . Deeply Honored 🏹

11:40 pm okay so finally we had the Eid Mubarak Facebook Meetup over foodpanda 🐼 app . It took so much time to decide what to order that finally when the order was placed it was denied as the restaurant had closed till tomorrow . Today when I was on the street before seven I went passed many famous bakeries . The early birds were too eager to shop but they were closed . Even I had to come home empty handed because I was dehydrated .
Right now the neighborhood is dead silent after the chirping kids dispersed or went to sleep . Most people have turned off the lights as well just like me and must be on their mobiles in bed .
Not even in this historic pandemic worldwide . In few hours the Death Count in the USA alone will cross ⚔️ the 100, 000 mark this morning when I checked the closing figure for Saturday ...it was 98,683 and for state of New York it was 29,112 Covid-19 Corona Virus Pandemic related deaths
The number of Deaths in the hot and sunny state of Florida have doubled since the reopening of the the beaches after the Lockdown that is now 2233 .
This virus seems to be clearly undisturbed by the cold or hot temperatures which is very surprising . And it's rapid growth and spread has something to do with the Global Travel .People who travel most in the world and regions that gets most travelers and tourists are the worst effected by this Covid-19 Corona virus Pandemic .
Despite a global lockdown . The American and British diplomats worked day and nights tirelessly to run a special flights operation from around the globe to make sure each and every stranded and stuck fellow country men women and child is safely returned home . They are also running a self praise campaign on social media of the great human services they have rendered in the past few months . I do hope and pray that their efforts are not judged by history .
Wow the tea pot is full with fresh tea ....so should I finish it before Sehri or with Sehri .
I really don't remember how long has it been since we really had a Eid Mubarak first day feast in this house . Lately our youngest sister and her family used to come and we would have the lunch or Dinner with them . But mostly because of poor health and lockdown she is more into social distancing and isolation then I ever was . Until last year it was so unimaginable that she won't be visiting us in the Eid Mubarak day . Infact over the years they even came more than once on the first day of Eid Mubarak sometimes when they could not eat here because of being invited elsewhere they used come for a while on there way to or from the party or get-together and always brought a box of sweets .
I mentioned this here because it was a big first . Or maybe it was last year . Can't be last year because I remember that she came many times during the Eid Mubarak days last year . It was my Happy birthday on the third day and since we went to doctor Saabs in careem on the first day and did not go to hers a block away ....she brought a too tight kurti ...maybe somebody suggested that a straight jacket would be too obvious and I would never get it . They came at midnight when I was not ready . I did offer to order a cake from the new on-line bakery but they were in a hurry . By the way I tried that kurti again today hoping that after lockdown and fasting for sixty nine days it might be loose for me . And believe you me it still fits so tight that you cannot pull the key back from the side pocket .
I wanted to wear it all day long but to do this my the Sunday Blog #216 ( Two Hundred and Sixteen ) I had to lie down in bed and even fall asleep and I was afraid that it will be torn in my twist and turns . So I took it off before lying in bed and save it . I will try it on again after workout . I like it's dark chocolate color 😋
Okay my late night data package has started now so I have to update this my the Sunday Blog # 216 ( Two Hundred and Sixteen) . My life has become simple and fun ever since we let go of the WorldCall Broadband internet some months ago before the Lockdown . So this is also a first Eid Mubarak without the WorldCall Broadband internet connection . It is funny they did not disconnect the Cable hoping that we might have a relapse or something 🤑

Please forgive all their sin , aberration and mistakes , look away .
Aur unn kay naik aur achay aamal ko unn kay lian sadiqa-e- jaariyaa bana dey .
And for all the good deeds they did make them a continued source of blessing and reward for them .
Ya Allah merey Behan Bhahion ko khushhali ata farma , Unn ko Sehat aur khushiyan ata farmaa , Unn ki pereshaniya dur farmaa ...
Dear Allah please give Prosperity to my Brothers and Sisters . give them Health and Happiness . Take their worries away from them .
