The Midnight tonight came about half an hour early for me as i was watching an old movie of my kindergarten crush ...the one and only Lindsay Wagner ...aka Bionic Woman ...
Watching the movie i felt a deja vu ...not just because of the lindsey wagner but also because the story of the movie ...which is about a women teacher by profession married with two kids ..who has an unfortunate accident and suffers amnesia . Forgets everything about her past life including the family . And treats them as strangers ...I believe i have watched not just one but more than one movies on this story ...it must be a best seller or something .
Sometimes you feel so bad that you remember the whole movie even the dialogues but you can't recall the title of the movie or the names of the actors so that you can search quick ..anyways ...lets not waste time on the name of the remake with a slight different screen play and story . Come to think of it the other one is much harsher than this one .

oh yes so i was saying that i was watching the stranger in my bed ( 1987) movie and it was just in the middle when the clock showed midnight . so i got up and left the movie right there . Feeling a little bit drowsy and
head kinda hot burning ...i first tried to get to know how to cool down . Had chilled water lots of it . and then sat down here in front of the fan ...yes it helped a lot and now i am feeling much better .

2:28 am ...During the Break i had more chilled water ...and two different tastes of the same Rs 10 /- only Dairy Milk Chocolate mini bar ...one was rock solid from the the freezer and the other one was melted and soft like the Silk Chocolate ...few years ago , the Cadbury Pakistan use to advertise that now its the Mango season ...but a lot has changed over the years here in Pakistan as well as cadbury UK .
So the Mangoes did not arrive this week as well But some vegetable vendors did started selling raw mangoes or kerri . Unfortunately the one i got to taste was not on either side ...of the ripe and raw . Means its too late for the raw mangoes ...So either the farmers did managed to save the crop or the exporters (USAID) got it all out . In a week or two we will know for sure if the rumours were right or right right ...anyways
During the break besides eating the chocolate ...i also surf the news channels and luckily saw the meeting of Finance adviser with the IMF team .
This is the First time in my life i have ever seen them in a worse jam than our rickshaw drivers of the Jamshed town Karachi the most dangerous city in the world . And the delegation chief 's face says it all .
Here in Pakistan the govt can do no wrong ...and that is absolutely a remarkable achievement so far . After a weeks delay the petrol prices have been increased more than what was expected on the May Day . and before that two key people were fired ...and replaced by people who have established connections with the IMF ...so ...Its not how i drive anymore ....its how they dig the road ....LOL
So my dear brother will have a field day today ...he was already saying this now he will say ...dekha ...?
This amid the rumours of Pensions of both civilian and military retired personal being under debate for suspension . or maybe i was too relaxed and waiting for Ramzan that i may have already missed the News . Honestly at this pace ...i will not even realize when ramzan came and where it went .

3:54 am Okay so it is almost time for the Fajr ...some how my drowsiness has gone ...but the back hurts so no matter what i am taking a long sleep break very soon . I really don't think that i will be required to go out today for any meal related shopping ...Al Hamdo lillah ! But i may go for the walk or snacks any time
but some how i really doubt that . This friday after Juma Prayers ...we had a ramzan drill of Attack on the door by the beggar women of the neighbourhood . thank God the All Mighty Allah amen ! I was too tired or drowsy to care and fall asleep ...the sights and sounds of door banging did remain coming from the door outside the blessing in disguise of the Holy Month of Ramazan was that the door bell was either broken or truely shut off . giving me a total freedom to move and enjoy myself . if it have not been so Hot and humid weather i would have visited the sight seeing places in this town but anyways it was fun too to sit back and relax and enjoy the behavioral psychology . Institutions and People remained dying or getting Fired ...like the Vice Chancellor of the University of Karachi the most dangerous city in the World Passed Away today

Recently i saw a show on Hum Masala tv about the famous food street of Karachi the Most Dangerous city in the world , the Burns Road ...and there they show a snack called Arabi paratha ...no idea why they call it that ...looks just like a french patis to me only that it is pan fried instead of hot oven baking ...anyways ...so since that day i have been thinking that i can too make it at home ...i have unfried frozen puri 's and eggs and the greens , the reds and the purples ...yes ...it will be fun ....maybe in ramzan as i will have lots of time to kill before the sehri ...wow that will be fun ..and if its not good ...nobody will know ...because i will take and post only the good pics very tactfully ...Amen !

I wants to finish and bakhsh the sawab of its recital to or for my dearly departed Ammi ( May her soul rest in peace in Janna Amen !) ...meaning i wish to bestow whatever hidden rewards are kept by the dear merciful Lord All Mighty Allah Amen ! for the recital as it is ...to or for by dearly departed Ammi ( May her soul rest in Peace Amen ! ) on her fifth death anniversary . Amen !

Okay both my dear sisters are in the sick bay ...and cannot cook the mutton pulao for the fateha ...so i believe the iftar party is out of the question . Doctor saab wants it to be delayed till the 27th of Ramzan because he wants a definite alternative escape plan for iftar and dinner that night just in case ...and sister and her kids would definitely get to do eid shopping at tariq road while i am struggling at the Khatam ay Quran in taravee at the mosque after over eating ...

Did i mention that the stray quick brown cat in the courtyard gave birth to kittens in lent 2019 after the valentines ...under Papa's old Toyota ( may his soul rest in peace in janna Amen !) well the three adorable kittens have survived and so is the Cats high alert howl and growl ...or whatever ...even when i am giving it the best of the best from the neighbours it growls at me ..well i don't blame her because so far it has managed to save her three little adorable kittens without my help ...they moved under brother's korean few weeks ago ...and this week they or just the Cat were out looking for my Russian or chinese and instead developed the fleas ...

So it is time to relax ....there will be no taravee tonight ...lets do this my the Sunday Blog # 161 ( Hundred and sixty one ) of atleast five thousand words and then have an ice cream or lassi or any thing cold and refreshing ....and after that eat something hot and spicy and get normal again ...yes why not if this is normal to be sweaty and hot all the time then why waste our time , money and energy on trying to find something cold and chilly to drink and eat ...sit under the fan or near the air conditioner . why have an airconditioned car to go to a non airconditioned school or office ...and especially a very non airconditioned market ...why ?
Why can't we just be normal ...trying to be relaxed and adjust our body and body temperature to the ambient temperature . wipe clean the sweat or perspiration and let it dry on its own in due course . why force it ? to dry quick ...are we afraid of something ....are we afraid what people might think of us ...or is it just too unclean to wait and let it dry on its own like most of the world does most of the time ...

anyways ..i really don't have the time tonight to comment on that ...especially because one cannot leave his position and the other cannot stick to it ...the minister of science and technology used to be a minister of broadcasting and information or was it the Minister of information and broadcasting ...whatever ...Mr fawwad Ch was punished by the upper house of parliament the Senate after he delibrately misbehaved on the floor of the house in the question time ...he tried to disgrace the honorable parliamentarians and senators and show blatant dis regard for the Honorable chairman of the Senate . So i am beginning to believe that mr Ch Fawwad the minister has something against the people who hold the office of a chairman . may it be the chairman of the senate or the chairmain of the Ruet-e-hilal committee or anyother chairman ship with the pleasure of the President of the PAkistan or the Prime Minister of the Pakistan .

A chairman or the committee cannot decide about the moon on it self or on the basis of the scientific data . Sighting by the masses is very essential and preferred . The Moon Calender has recently been rejected by the Saudi ministry and i myself reject any such proposal for Pakistan . I suggest that the ministry of science and technology and the minister saab himself should focus on the desalination of the sea water . or resign .

Okay then the Holy Month of Shopping and eating will begin after a day of more shopping and preparation for the Ramzan .
Most people don't really care about the eating during this month of shopping and eating ...they eat much less than they usually eat ...infact they don't have enough time to eat . as they spend most of their time in shopping . Shopping in this holy month of shopping and eating is of multiple kinds . First the shopping starts with the shopping for the raw uncooked kitchen essentials ...like flour , oil , sugar , rice , cereals , lentils , etc etc ...then there is the daily shopping of the fresh food stuff ..like bread , milk , eggs , butter , meat , chicken the, vegetables , etc etc
After that comes the shopping for the especial meals of the Ramzan like sehri and iftar stuff ...like phenni , khajla , sweets , nimco , pakora , samosa, dahi balley , fruits and juices . and not to forget the cool drinks like rooh afza , squash , pepsi and 7 up .
After that comes the shoppings for the iftar party ...well i really don't have a very good idea or experience in that category ..but i am so sure that a lot of every thing we normally buy has to be bought so you cannot go the regular shops at a the last minute and ask them to empty all their containers and show a thumps up to the long line of customers standing and waiting for a long time . orders have to be placed in advance with payment and receipt and taking a contact number ...for that you have to be sure you are talking to the right person in the shop . And the more important thing is that be more and more less confusing and don't change the order ...many times . be confident and firm .
Okay then this is not it ...the Most important shopping begins now ...yes the eid shopping ...clothes , shoes , tailors , accessories , bed sheets , towels , cushions , curtains ...
and if the budget allows ...crockery , cutlery , etc .
Okay now comes the most expensive shopping during the holy month of Shopping and eating

yes the shopping for wedding season ...in the month of eid . Eid ka Chaand ...ka mahina ...
a Month holier than the previous for some . especially if the wedding is of someone very dear or close to your heart or mind . The shopping for wedding consists of usually the same things ...only more expensive and from different shops and markets .
But among all this chaos and confusion ...there are some people who stick to their normal routines ...buy the very essentials ..daily , weekly or when required ...usually shop for eid before the holy month of shopping and eating begins ...and does some very brief shopping for the eid day on the eid day ...Bhai ...adha kilo kachori aur adha kilo gulab jamun deyna ...

اور یہ ہی وہ لوگ ہیں جو فلاح پانے والے ہیں
so the time has not yet come ...but we are gradually moving towards it ...about twenty minutes left ...55% battery ...remaining
Okay Now something very serious About the Holy Month of Shopping And eating ...When and where did the dear merciful Lord All Mighty Allah Amen ! said in the Holy Quran to pay Zakat on the first of Ramzan ? the 15th of Ramzan ? the after the twenteth of Ramzan ?
or is it mandatory to give Zakat to beggars in Ramzan only .
Don't you think that zakat should be given before the start of Ramzan ?
So that the shoppers and eaters be left in peace during the Holy Month of shopping and eating without the fear or disturbance of peace in this Holy Month of Shopping and eating ?
